Typical independent Tuscan farmhouse, completely renovated respecting the original characteristics of the place. Located on the hills of Lucca, with a wonderful panoramic view of the city of Lucca. GROUND FLOOR: a large living room / kitchen, a single room, equipped with a ventilated fireplace, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and terrace with table and chairs and with a breathtaking view.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms have air conditioning. The holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. NEW ! Innovative Starlink Free Wi-Fi very fast.
The property retains its original features: wooden beams, bricks and stone walls. Outdoor garden is 100 m² fenced with the swimming pool of dimentions mt 3.50 x mt 5.00 height mt 1.26 .The pool is NOT heated. Adjacent to the house there is an area with table and chairs where you can eat. In the garden there are sunbeds and deck chairs.
The following charges are excluded from the rental rate:

This accommodation is absolutely wonderful. Everything you need is provided, and it is truly a place to relax and feel at home.The garden features a beautiful pool and a small lawn area with the perfect view over Lucca. The house is very well equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single bed).There is also a large living area with a kitchen, fireplace, and a cozy dining space. In good weather, you can enjoy meals on the terrace on the other side of the house while admiring the mountain view.The hostess was extremely friendly and took plenty of time to explain and show us everything. The location is also ideal — only about 15–20 minutes to the center of Lucca and around 8 minutes to the nearest supermarket.We were absolutely delighted with our stay, and it was also very comfortable and enjoyable with our dog. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice place.

Lovely clean place with good facilities. Mattresses a little firm but rooms were lovely and roomy. A neighbours dog disturbed our sleep on two successive nights but otherwise our stay was very tranquil and peaceful. Would highly recommend the lodging and Stefanie was very helpful, friendly and professional.

We spend a great week in a real typical land house in Tuscany. Super to relax with tables an chairs and a BBQ station outside, a nice kitchen inside. High quality of furniture standard. Good place to make trips all over Tuscany (car is required). We are looking forward to go again.

Beautiful stay in Tuscany in autumn

We spent two wonderful weeks in Tuscany. Nothing is missing in the lovingly renovated house. The landlady is very nice and helpful. Even when we got stuck with the car she had a solution. Thank you. We had a good rest even though the weather was rather changeable in the second half of the holiday. We can highly recommend the accommodation

Holiday house

A beautiful house with a very nice host. The view from the pool is amazing and the recommendations from Stefania are very helpful . We enjoyed the menu in the nearby restaurant very much. Lucca is a beautiful city that is worth a stay in any case. The house is well equipped and very well maintained. Stefania was also always available and very helpful with questions. We would recommend it in any case.

Charming property

We spent a week here. Two couples from USA. We were looking for a typical Tuscan home and this was perfect. Comfortable with lots of character. Our hostess Stefania was very helpful. She made us reservations and good suggestions on places to go. The house is located about an 1-2 hrs from everything we wanted to see. The only reason I am giving a 4 is because the location is quite busy and noisy. It looked from the pictures to be more isolated, but was actually surrounded by other homes. Dogs barked a lot at night, and cars coming and going at all times. If not for this the house would be a 5 in my opinion.

Under the Tuscan sun

The house is an old traditional stone building which not only makes it beautiful but also refreshingly cool against the summer heat. The garden and patio offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the stunning views across the valley or the breathtaking sunsets in the mountains. The pool is perfect especially when you travel with kids. Inside the house is very homy and inviting. The house is a perfect home base when you want to explore the area. Even places like Pisa and Florenz are within driving distance and Lucca is right around the corner. Our host Stephania is a wonderful and warm-hearted woman who gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home at once. We had a fantastic holiday and were very sad to leave after two weeks.

Fabulous house in a beautiful location

This is an absolute gem of a property, and Stefania is a fabulous host! We weren’t sure of our arrival time but Stefania was flexible and worked around us, giving us a warm welcome when we arrived. The property is only 40 minutes’ drive from Pisa airport, so we were able to spend time sightseeing in Pisa without worrying about a lengthy or difficult drive ahead. The property is just off a well-used road and has a couple of other properties nearby, so expect some road noise and dog barking, but this didn’t bother us, and we liked the convenience. Supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway pizza are all less than 10 minutes’ drive away, and the house is really well equipped for cooking (although short on counter space). The house itself was an absolute joy – there are two terraces, and sunbeds you can easily move around the garden to find shade/sun at any point in the day. Having the pool is great – and the views over nearby town Lucca and the mountains when you’re swimming are breathtaking. We drove to Lucca one day (about 15 minutes), a lovely place to spend a day wandering round. And the characterful hilltop village of Montecarlo is well worth a visit. We also spent a day driving in the nearby mountains. Definitely not for the faint-hearted! But there are some lovely mountain villages and peaceful woodlands to explore. This was our first visit to Italy, and we couldn’t have wished for a lovelier place to stay, or a more helpful host - thanks Stefania!

Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war bestens. Sie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Selbst der Pool war gefüllt, nur haben wir ihn wegen der moderaten Temperaturen Ende März nicht genutzt. Die Lage war prima, um die wunderbaren Orte und Landschaften zu erkunden. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Toskana

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die da war, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wurde, mit den Auto sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen, Lucca ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, die man auch mehrfach besuchen kann, unbedingt ins Gebirge z. B. nach Castelnuevo fahren.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben als Familie bereits das 2. Mal eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in diesem typisch toskanischem Ferienhaus verbracht. Haus und Garten sehr stilvoll und alles sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war eine Bereicherung. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Stefania ist eine unglaublich tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin! Sehr hilfsbereit und man kann sich immer an sie wenden, kümmert sich toll um ihre Gäste! Der Ausblick ist auf Lucca und umliegende Olivenbäume ist wunderschön! Die Lage für Ausflüge sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit sehr genießen!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und ein Hund und haben fast 3 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren, während des ganzen Aufenthalts, immer erreichbar. Sie haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und man kann in alle Richtungen etwas unternehmen. Ob Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa oder ein Strandbesuch. Mit dem Auto ist alles zwischen 40 Minuten und 2 Stunden zu erreichen. Das Haus hat einen schönen kleinen Garten und der Pool reicht zum abkühlen völlig aus. Der Blick ist natürlich auch fantastisch. Die gemütliche Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz. Dank Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer lassen sich auch heißere Tage/Nächte ertragen. Das Haus selbst ist aus Stein und bleibt sehr lange kühl, was im Sommer definitiv ein Vorteil ist. Also, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Toskana und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in tollem Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vor allem die gemütliche Terrasse zum Essen und die Lounge vor dem Pool waren unsere Lieblingsplätze. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig und es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbare Tage

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Haus von der ersten Minute an genossen. Stefania ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und gibt viele Tips für den Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Dabei sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere haben wir auch die Außenküche genossen, wo wir jede Mahlzeit eingenommen haben. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder und sagen DANKE.

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im stilvollen Haus in der nähe von Lucca. Sowohl für die Besichtigung von Lucca als auch die Freizeitaktivitäten ist der Ort sehr gut gelegen. Das Haus war für 4 Erwachsene und eine Jugendliche perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut und die Heizmöglichkeiten (Gas und Holz) auch im Winter bestens. Stefania ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin, die immer gut erreichbar war und hervorragende Tipps für Restaurant und Weinprobe hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es handelt sich um ein typisch toskanisches Haus mit viel Charme, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Alles entsprach den Angaben. Das Haus liegt wunderschön, der Blick über Lucca traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin Stefania war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Gepflegtes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben die Zeit in Capannori sehr genossen - Stefania war immer hilfsbereit, das Haus wie beschrieben. Die Terrassen rund um das Haus ermöglichen es, immer einen Schattenplatz zu finden. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Lucca/Pisa/Florenz sowie ans Meer gemacht. Wie bereits von anderen beschrieben, ist ein Besuch in dem familiär geführten Restaurant in der Nähe sehr empfehlenswert. Toller Ausblick, leckeres Essen zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Vielen Dank!
