This was an amazing house I most def will stay here again next time I come and visit charlotte. Only issue I had was dust it was a lil dusty in lil corners of the house which cause spider webbs and lil baby spiders. But no problem other than that perfect stay perfect house perfect area.

Christmas in Queen City

This was my 4 day hone away from home all was well this home felt like my own. Clean cozy great location & just the right size. I would rent again and I truly enjoyed my stay & bojangles being 2 minutes away was most definitely a plus.

Nice get away

It was a great stay. Good communication, and Kevin gifted us with snacks upon our arrival. Very clean and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was nice.

Worth it and we would stay again!

This property looks exactly like the pictures. The living room furniture is comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook but don't forget your spices and oils. Bathrooms are clean, well maintained, and look recently remodeled. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and the master has one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The only downside was the bedroom windows only have mini-blinds on them, so by 0630 it was quite bright in the rooms making it difficult to sleep in. The property manager was quite responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cozy & Quiet

The property was as listed, quiet neighborhood, and quick bites close by. Only hang up was a lot of the businesses close by closed early in the area. This was still a perfect house for me and my family! We be staying again!

Nice stay

It’s was a nice place for a little getaway. My only complaint would be because they house is one leave expect some bugs. I was traveling with someone who is extremely allergic to spiders so to see multiple in the house was very concerning for us. My only suggestion would be to spray around the house other then that it was a great stay.

It was exactly as pictured. I can’t speak to if it was in a good area because I’m not familiar with the Charlotte area but the neighborhood was quiet so that was great. The owner was easy to reach and we had no issues during our stay. Very clean and charming……

Overall good stay

Location is great for access to pretty much anything you want to do in Charlotte or surrounding area. House was nicely updated with everything we needed for our stay. Surfaces were cleaned well but could also use a good deep clean (drawers, fridge, cupboards, etc). Easy to follow directions for check-in and check-out. Owner was very responsive when needed. Would recommend having the grass mowed before guest arrives next time. Overall we had a good stay.
