SUPERB DUPLEX SEA VIEW
SUPERB DUPLEX SEA VIEW completely renovated including:
1 master bedroom with slatted frame 160x200, mattress upscale and new
1 bedroom mezzanine with new drawer bed 80x200 each for two children or two adults equipped with slatted frame.
Bed linen is included in the rent, possibility of provision of towels (towels) for 12 € / person.
Bathroom with large Italian shower 160 with 1 piece of furniture a basin, towel dryer and separate toilet.
Big stay with 4 windows seen sea (super nice for the breakfast !!)
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, pots, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils etc. etc.
Our pets are not allowed and the duplex is non-smoking.
If the cleaning is not done or if the duplex is deemed not clean an amount of 80 € will be asked or taken on your deposit.

Concernant la salle de bain elle est identique aux photos sur notre Site,il n'y a aucune surprise,
Concernant la caution de nettoyage...je ne sais pas où vous avez versé cette caution mais ce n'est pas chez moi ni sur mon compte.... vérifiez votre réservation,je n'y suis pour rien.

Gezellig appartement met prachtig uitzicht
Vanuit de woonkamer kijk je recht op het strand.
De ligging van het appartement is perfect. Binnen een minuut staat je op het strand of in het "centrum".
Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.
De ontvangst door Paolo was zeer gastvrij.
Alles was keurig schoon. De bedden zijn goed.

Das beste Urlaub 2020
Die Lage wie geschrieben ganz nah am Strand mit Meeresblick. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. A bis Z alles mit Markengeräten ausgestattet. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral, ob Strand oder Innenstadt waren nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, deswegen planen wir unsere nächste Reise wieder für dieselbe Wohnung.
