Villa Venturina B is a bright and sunny independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Venturina B you will enjoy an incredible view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. Villa Venturina B is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Ischia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet) and the stop for the EAV bus Ischia porto - Fiaiano line a few meters (feet) away.
Villa Venturina B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the street level along a short walkway that includes approximately 14 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Venturina B (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).

Villa Venturina A and Villa Venturina B are the top floor and ground floor respectively of a cute white Mediterranean house.


Villa Venturina is situated in a row of characteristic two-story houses, lining up along the crest of a hill which offers spectacular views of the island of Ischia itself and the Bay of Naples. It's right in the small, historic village of Fiaiano, which rests on the hilltop at 200 meters above sea level, and is only 2,5 kilometers from the port of Ischia.

 Terrace
The terrace is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Procida island, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a large television (local channels).
Kitchen
The kitchen has no door. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate nine guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside and of the street below, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside and of the street below, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
