We have been 5 star hosts since 2018. Just a short commute from Denver to enjoy lakeside living with spectacular views & amazing wildlife viewing! This home features rustic charm with modern conveniences so that your mtn vacation is easy and comfortable. Granite counters & SS appliances, heated floors & 2 car garage. Great hot tub on the water's edge with a large sunny deck to enjoy the breath-taking setting from. Includes BBQ grill, endless miles of nearby trails to ski, hike, bike or 4 wheel, satellite TV, WIFI, one small adult or kid kayak, one full-size kayak, two paddle boards and a rowboat, or bring your own non-motorized equipment. Only 12 mins. to the charming town of Nederland & just 15 minutes to ski Eldora! 45 minutes to Boulder or Denver. Many National and State Parks to enjoy within a short drive from this perfect base camp! ** No early check ins or late check outs can be accommodated - thanks for your understanding! **

My fiance and I stayed here and actually eloped! It was so perfect!!! So relaxing! So beautiful! The scenery was so perfect!!! Catherine was so sweet! We had the best time and are so grateful! I had saw a couple other reviews mentioning moose sightings and didn’t know if we would get lucky to see one (I’ve never seen one and really wanted to) we saw one every morning and evening and actually had one right out our window with her baby! It was truly incredible!!

We had an amazing stay!! Such a peaceful, relaxing setting with gorgeous views. The home was very spacious, clean, and well supplied. Our teens absolutely loved spending time on the lake and having the opportunity to try some fishing. The garage game room was well enjoyed, also. Highly recommend this property!

A Little Piece of Colorado Heaven!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was very clean, spacious and super cozy! We really enjoyed the beautifully kept flower gardens and especially the relaxing hot tub! There are gorgeous views inside and out of the water, trees and wildlife. We couldn't ask for a more perfect vacation location. My husband and I hope to be back!

We have stayed here 1 year ago and loved it. We had grandparents, sibling and her spouse, and my family stay here. It was a peaceful nice stay. We saw moose multiple times. We caught trout abd released them for a fun activity. The garage is full of fun games. We went on the row boat on the lake many times too. We even got a few games from the closet out to play. Would highly recommend this stay. It is always nice abd clean and has a well stocked kitchen.

Girls' Weekend

The snow line lake house was the perfect spot for a girl's weekend getaway. We ended up getting some snow and spent the weekend at the house. Everything looked magical in the snow. And, before we could even think about it someone was there to clear the snow from the driveway and deck. A great stay overall and we all agreed that we'd love to go back and do it all again.
