This is a new modern building in the heart of bustling Cupecoy, Dutch Lowlands, Sint Maarten.
The studio comes fully furnished and equipped with everything that is needed for a working professional or a perfect vacation for couples or a single person . It has an indoor and outdoor dinning area. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has an elevator. It has lagoon and ocean views which means you enjoy spectacular the views day and night.
The space
The condo finished building this year. Its new, clean and have all the amenities as a functioning home. Its safe, quiet and closed by to the airport, French St Maarten, restaurants, supermarket, shops,beaches and night life.
The studio is beautifully furnished with every detail . There are two smart TV's and everything is new, I want my guest to be happy so I go out of my way for any reasonable request.
