We take pride in our cleaning staff. We are located on the white sands of Maho Bay, the Royal Islander Club welcomes you to St. Maarten @ La Terrasse – where you can lounge on our private balcony, wander tropical gardens, and relax with family and friends in an exclusive setting.

Overlooking the Caribbean Sea and St. Maarten’s tropical foliage, this newly renovate unit (5-2017), blessed to have survived the hurricanes of 2018, has a fully furnished kitchen and modern amenities. Just steps away through the lush gardens lie the swimming pool, children’s pool, the hot tub and the renowned, Maho Bay Beach.

Adjacent to Maho Village, our La Terrasse condo features upscale amenities, with a private balcony offering views of the ocean, the swimming pool and the tropical gardens. You will feel at home in our fully furnished apartment suite featuring stylish décor and modern amenities.

Amenities abound. Enjoy baccarat, blackjack and more at the island’s largest casino; dance to international DJs in the night clubs; and enjoy relaxing treatments in the Spa at La Terrasse. The place is exactly as presented. Clean,cute, with everything you need. The property with its nice gardens and pool and beach access through the sister property across the street was great.Andre and Lisa were terrific making sure we had what we needed and answering any questions.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Location is so convenient to restaurants, beaches, airport, and stores. The pool was very nice. Everyone, from guests to staff, were very friendly and we felt very safe. The market in the building has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Andre's Accommodations

This is a beautiful condo! The area is full of activities and is very safe. We loved spending time a the pool and visiting the restaurants and shops in Maho. Andre was very responsive to all our requests and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great Caribbean vacation.

Wonderful vacation spot!!

This condo was amazing!!! So charming and convenient. Well appointed and everything provided to have a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time. So close to airport and yet so quiet for sleeping. Would highly recommend. Absolutely beautiful place to spend a week in Sint Maarten. Thank you Andreas for such fantastic hospitality and for sharing your piece of paradise with my family. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back one day soon!!

Amazing property and amazing host

I've traveled a lot around the world but I have never met with such a care that we got from the host. We received all information prior our arrival and we got continuous support through our stay. The property is at a premium location, right in the middle of the beach. It's very clean and beautiful. Strongly recommended! Thank you Andreas for the stay, we felt like coming home to family!

Trip down Memory Lane

We used to live in SXM in the Maho area. So the location of this property was excellent for us ! The communication with the owner was great, he went above and beyond to accomodate a special request. The unit itself was fantastic also. Clean, and all amenities that you can think of were available for use. We would definitely love to return, and we would highly recommend this property ! Absolutely wonderful.

Location, Location, Location

Andre and Lisa’s bill is just as listed and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You can see the beach, planes landing and taking off plus a beautiful roof garden. I loved having my morning coffee out there every day. Short walk to Maho Beach, short drive to Mullet Beach and a short 15 min drive to Simpson Bay where you can find anything you would like to eat. Andre was very responsive to several questions and requests that I had. We felt well taken care of. We would definitely rent this place again.

Aviation Enthusiast Paradise

Wonderful stay. Excellent restaurants all within a 5 minute or less walking distance. The Maho Market is directly below the pool on the street level and is wonderfully convenient. Overall, this unit is IDEAL for aviation enthusiasts. For guest looking for a quiet and relaxing location, the (sometimes very loud) airport noise all day (none at night) does become tiring after a while. My husband grew very tired of it after day 3. The rest of us loved watching the airplanes come and go and were not bothered by the noise.

Second Stay!

This was our second two week stay in this beautiful condo! We love it! Such a comfortable place all around, beautifully decorated and the owners have gone to great lengths to insure everything you need to make it your home away from home is available! The resort itself is very nice, the pool is up and running and is a nice place to sit and watch the planes. Beautiful landscaping with a view of the pool from the very comfortable terrace with two lounge chairs or a table and chairs for dining or morning coffee. The owner is very accommodating and is very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in St Maarten. 🏖

A Home in Paradise

What an amazing place to stay! Feels like your own cozy little home located in paradise. The view from the balcony is stunning! Located right next to the airport and close to many shops, restaurants and beaches. Watching the planes land and take off is an awesome experience. What’s incredible is that it is not too loud inside the unit at all. The owner was so nice!!! Had to contact him a with a couple of small inconsistencies. He was so helpful and on top of things that they really weren’t inconvenient at all. I really could not recommend this place highly enough!!!

Kind, professional and understanding couple who share their amazing home in paradise

First and foremost we would like to thank you for hosting us. You have been nothing but a blessing. Since day one your communication and service were superior. You went the extra mile and ensured that we could make my dad’s dream come true. We are two military families and trips like these are very rare and special. Everting went super smooth and the check in process was super easy. Everything we needed to know was forwarded before our arrival. The condo was very clean, super modern, well stocked and furnished. It is situated in a prefect location with incredible views and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We had cars, but you actually don’t need one if you just want to stay local. We are still reminiscing about our vacation and can’t wait to be back. Thank you for everything. We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts.

Couldn't have asked for a better place for our 40th Anniversary vacation.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here along with our friends 20th wedding anniversary as well. We booked for 12 days. The Royal Islander La Terrese is a little outdated itself, however our rental unit was in very good condition. Both bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping and the AC worked very well. Kitchen was nicely set up with plenty of utensils and everything we needed to cook meals. Beach towels provided, however the resort front desk handed out fresh towels daily for pool use and we used them for the beach and just exchanged daily. The owner was extremely nice, his communication was outstanding, we were even able to meet up for drinks one afternoon. Our son came down for a few days and slept on the pull out couch. We ended each night with cocktails on the balcony enjoying the heat. My only suggestion for the balcony would be add a ceiling fan, the humidity got pretty bad some nights, but to be expected I believe. Views from our balcony were just as beautiful and the landscaping was cleaned up daily. We hit up the hot tub every morning and hit up the pool area mostly every night. The pool area and pool itself were lovely and well-maintained. Easy access to the observation deck to watch planes which we did nightly. There is a market below reasonable priced, underground parking and 24 hour security. Which was very nice. It is located in a great location near good restaurants and beaches!! Overall would stay there again that's for sure!!

Relaxation made perfect!

I have booked our last 12 or more vacations using VRBO. Andreas was by far the most engaged and helpful host! The property is exactly as pictured. Annual family trip

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing and the hosts were exceptional. Everything we needed was in the condo down to the paper plates. The location is perfect. I am a frequent visitor of the island and will stay here again.

God has truly blessed our lives. We have been happily married for over 28 years. Our passion is serving others. We have 3 amazing kids a wonderful daughter & son-in-laws and an incredible granddaughter. We live in the state of Maryland. Andre is a military brat who moved 21 times in his life. Lisa provides the stability, and lived in one home until we married. We've had the opportunity to see much of the world. In 1991, while on our honeymoon, we made a quick stop on this beautiful island by way of a cruise and fell in love with the people, the weather and the beautiful turquoise water with sailboats and yachts of all sizes. While revisiting around Valentines Day 2017, we got this crazy idea to buy a condo, rent it out for a part of the year, and give many of the other weeks as weeks of vacation stays to charitable organizations or families that desperately need respite or those that serve others. (Gold Star families are a priority). We now have formed an LLC called: "Get To Give LLC", which is the actual owner of our condo. So if you so choose to rent from us (and we hope that you do) you help us to serve families by allowing us to provide periods of rest and refreshment that they so desperately need. It is our hope that this will enable them to go back to the communities that they serve with renewed energy and passion.

This area of St Maartin has the so much to offer. Even as the rebuilding from the hurricane, the stores are opening again. Both Maho Beach anchor restaurants are open. Full grocery store is stocked and the view from this balcony allows one to relax and dream. The purpose of our having this condo is to provide rest and relaxation on a beautiful island. The dream is a reality! Come and share!
