TuckAway rústico cabaña frente al lago en Muskoka

TuckAway Cottage es un bungalow recién construido frente al lago de 1000 pies cuadrados con 200 pies de costa en un lote de 1.33 acres en el corazón de Muskoka, Ontario. Es perfecto para familias que desean tener una verdadera experiencia de Muskoka. El agua es poco profunda, aproximadamente 4 pies de profundidad al final de la cubierta. La cabaña puede alojar hasta 6 personas. Ofrecemos ropa de cama, toallas y agua filtrada sin cargo adicional para nuestros huéspedes. Relájate y disfruta tu estadía.

Hay 3 habitaciones. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama doble. El segundo y el dormitorio principal tienen camas queen size. El agua es potable del agua de dos etapas y del sistema de filtración UV. También hay tres recipientes de agua de cinco galones disponibles para beber.

Hay muchas rutas de senderismo en la zona. Por ejemplo, el que está detrás de la Escuela Pública de Watt cuando ingresas a la carretera. También estamos rodeados por cientos de acres de tierra de la corona en las partes este y oeste del lago. Asegúrese de visitar el Rosseau Farmer's Market, que abre desde el verano hasta el otoño. En el invierno, puede practicar esquí de fondo en las rutas de senderismo y también visitar la estación de esquí Hidden Valley a unos 30 minutos en coche. Delightful cottage on a beautiful quiet lake. We spent 2 weeks and that wasn't long enough! Our first week was spent with both of us doing remote work and we had no issues with the internet - and loved working from the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The ceiling fans throughout kept indoors at a pleasant temperature. Dreaming of our return already.

Great Visit

We had such a great time at this cottage. It was the perfect size with all the accommodations we needed. Beautiful spot on a quiet lake and a huge fire pit. Awesome location too puts you right in the middle of Huntsville, Bracebridge and Gravenhurst. Only negative was the fridge was starting to freeze the food so that would need servicing but otherwise, all you need is food and good company! I would rent this place again!

Beautiful place

Lake area is awesome, cottage is perfect size and very neat with a modern touch but a cozy rustic twist. Every cooking utensil was there you’d ever need, appliances all worked great. Wifi was great. 10/10 fire pit as well. If you are looking for a getaway seriously just book.

Away from it all

Straight to favourites with this one, boating on the lake with the supplied canoes was a favourite, the lodge is set down a quiet track and is well appointed and comfortable. A pleasure to stay here.

Nice cottage on a quiet lake

Very nice cottage, lots of land, large fire pit, barbecue and a great dock on a small but long lake. Would recommend to anyone wanting a week away from the city. Appreciated the water cooler. Only suggestion for the owners would be a new DVD player - lots of movies to choose from but the DVD player didn’t seem to want to play more than halfway through most of them.

Great place to rent

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great that everything was there that we needed. One thing there should be better disposal of garbage. We had no room to bring 2 bags of garbage in our car. So we did leave the 16 $ to cover fir the two bags. I will recommend your cottage to family & friends.😊

Wonderful experience

The property was absolutely beautiful! We had such a good, relaxing weekend. Everything we needed was there other than personal items. Comfortable sleeping areas, living room and outdoor space.

Quick getaway!!!

Great experience, and a quick getaway from the GTA area . A 2.5 hour drive north will put you at this awesome cottage on the lake. We enjoyed a few days in the snow and plan to return in the summer!

Trip cut short

The property is beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately our trip was cut short by 2 days as the septic system backed up into the shower and all over the bathroom floor. We were unable to use the one and only bathroom until the following morning when we packed up and left. Our host was good with responding and coming to an agreement on reimbursement for days missed. Wished we could have had our full week, however the days we had were full of fun and memories were made.

Great location on a quiet little long lake

We had a great time at the cottage, really easy to find, close by to towns. The lake is beautiful and quiet. The cottage is clean and well suited for a couple get away or family vacation.

Amazing Cottage Experience!

Everything about this cottage was amazing! It has a private backyard that leads to the beautiful riverfront. The location is stunning! Surrounded by nature and wildlife and there’s even a waterfall nearby that was absolutely gorgeous. The cottage was also very well equipped. Communication with the host was okay most of the time. But overall, a lovely cottage perfect for a getaway to relax and enjoy nature!

Growing up, all I could do was live vicariously through the stories of my friends who had cottages. Jumping into the lake at all hours of the day, paddle boating around the lake, and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. The idea of having a home away from home where you can spend some quality time with family to relax and have fun always sounded enticing.

Now married with two children, my wife and I decided to give our children the cottage experience we never had.

My wife and I live and work in Toronto. With our busy schedules, we often seek nature to unwind and recharge. Having this cottage is allowing my family to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city year round.

As much as we would love to spend every weekend at the cottage, it is impossible. It seems wasteful for the cottage to sit empty when it can be enjoyed by others who are in search of some peace and a cottage experience. We hope TuckAway cottage helps you to create as many wonderful memories as it has for my family.
