Contemporary villa, classified 5 *, capacity 10 people max, modern, bright, comfortable. With friends or family to spend moments in complete relaxation. Located at the top of a subdivision.
Calm and serenity on the edge of the pines, you will be charmed.

2 km from Bonifacio, 4 km from the beaches (Sperone, Maora, Cala Longa ...)
and 1 km from the shops.
The kitchen is fully equipped, open to the dining room and living room. Air conditioning / heating in each room.
Independent rooms, electric shutters, with direct access on outside: swimming pool, patio.

- deposit 4000 € by check will be requested on your arrival, not cashed and returned at the end of the stay if the inventory of outlets is in compliance with the entry and 350 € for the respect of commitment cleanliness described below.
- The house must be tidy and clean at your exit to allow the cleaning service to intervene at your departure. If this condition is not respected, a compensation from the surety could be considered.
- Signature of a personalized rental contract to validate the reservation
- Resort insurance certificate to be provided at the same time as the rental contract.

Magnifique villa avec des matériaux de grande qualité et très bien équipée. Située à proximité de Bonifacio, accessible en voiture en 2min ou à pied par un chemin en haut des falaises.La piscine chauffée est très belle. Le jardin permet de se détendre à différents endroits (salons de jardin, transats autour de la piscine). Meme si non utilisés, les wc douche à l extérieur sont pratiques. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Luminosité exceptionnelle avec les nombreuses baies vitrées donnant sur les patios et le jardin. Les suites parentales sont splendides et la literie d excellente qualité.

Avons passé en cette fin avril une agréable semaine en famille. Les différents patios de la villa permettent de se protéger du vent souvent présent dans cette région. Nous avons pu profiter à moins d’une heure de la villa, des différents lieux et plages du sud de la Corse. Merci

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Laricio et ce fut un réel plaisir, tant par la communication avec Chantal qu’avec Veronique qui nous a accueilli à 22h suite à un petit retard. La villa est superbe, spacieuse, très bien agencée et équipée. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout avec la terrasse. L’emplacement est parfait, au calme mais près de la ville animée de Bonifacio et près des différents sites à visiter dans le sud. C’était top!

Importants Travaux en cours juste devant la propriété

Des travaux pour la construction de 18 lots d’habitation sont en cours en face de la maison. Les travaux sont importants et engendrent d’importantes nuisances sonores …de la poussière…les travaux débutent à 6h45 et se terminent à 17h30 avec une coupure entre midi et 13 h. Les travaux ont lieu six jours sur 7 (du lundi au samedi inclus). La piscine subit les conséquences du fait des poussières…..les nuisances sonores sont présentes même à l’intérieur de la maison…..

Superbe séjour

Villa idéalement située à Bonifacio. Villa spacieuse, bien agencée et très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée a été unanimement appréciée à cette période de l'année. Nous avons profité au maximum et avons eu une très belle semaine en cette fin octobre pour faire le plein de soleil avant notre retour dans le Grand-Est. Très belle maison moderne lumineuse et confortable

nous avons apprécié la situation et les prestations générales de la maison. Belle décoration, lits confortables, tout est bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien. Cependant nous avons déploré quelques dysfonctionnements: le four n'a pas fonctionné correctement il était, on l'a su après, en mode démonstration , on aurait aimé qu'il soit débloqué pendant notre séjour. Dans la chambre n°5 un volet roulant est resté coincé, les prises électriques de cette même chambre ne fonctionnent pas on nous a dit que c'était un de nos appareils qui faisait disjoncter hors ils marchent ailleurs??..., .Il y a un goutte à goutte au niveau de la douche dans la chambre n°4 ainsi qu'un bruit important de cascade qui vient de la gouttière. Nous avons eu de la pluie certes mais le bruit est vraiment impressionnant comme si ça coulait dans la chambre. Alors il faut venir uniquement par temps sec! Nous en avons fait part de ces inconvénients la personne en charge de l'entretien a réagi rapidement pour le volet roulant mais n'a pas pu remédier à la situation pendant notre séjour pour les autres problèmes. La personne qui s'occupe de la villa et représente la propriétaire est une personne très responsable et sympathique
