Typical Landes family house located 20 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor or Labenne. Rental ideally located in a quiet area to enjoy holidays with families or friends. Large living room of 45m2 opening onto a dining room and open fitted kitchen and covered terrace area. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with balcony (1 bed in 160, 1 mezzanine bed in 140 and 1 child's bed in 90) and 1 bedroom on the ground floor (140 bed). Bathroom with bath and shower. Swimming pool 12X6m enclosed garden of 1000m2, garden furniture and deckchairs, outdoor bar "Bodega" corner with plancha. Bikes available. Location: beaches 20km- St Vincent de tyrosse 10km- Spain 50km- Biarritz airport 35km and bayonne 20km. Possibility of walking in the forest, by bike, horse riding nearby.
