Typical Landes family house located 20 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor or Labenne. Rental ideally located in a quiet area to enjoy holidays with families or friends. Large living room of 45m2 opening onto a dining room and open fitted kitchen and covered terrace area. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with balcony (1 bed in 160, 1 mezzanine bed in 140 and 1 child's bed in 90) and 1 bedroom on the ground floor (140 bed). Bathroom with bath and shower. Swimming pool 12X6m enclosed garden of 1000m2, garden furniture and deckchairs, outdoor bar "Bodega" corner with plancha. Bikes available. Location: beaches 20km- St Vincent de tyrosse 10km- Spain 50km- Biarritz airport 35km and bayonne 20km. Possibility of walking in the forest, by bike, horse riding nearby.

maison magnifique et tres bien equipé.interieur et exterieur au top.bodega avec frigo, congelateur et plancha.grande piscine, douche exterieur, table de ping pong, jeu de flechette ! on a bien profité proche de l ocean de labenne avec parking gratuit.Quartier tres calme avec une boulangerie et une pharmacie.nous avons passé de tres tres bonnes vacances, les proprietaires sont très sympathiques et acceuillants. On reviendra certainement.

Une maison magnifique dans un quartier résidentiel agréable. Très adaptée à la vie de famille et aux découvertes de la région, nous y avons séjourné à 2 familles de 4 sans problème. Mathieu et Sabrina sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions.

Très belle maison, dans un quartier résidentiel, au calme, permettant de découvrir les Landes et le Pays Basque. La maison est très bien entretenue, propre, avec de grandes pièces et un extérieur top (notamment la bodega!)

Une maison très agréable pour les vacances, parfaitement tenue et possédant tous les aménagements nécessaires pour un séjour de qualité. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur les Landes et le Pays Basque

Séjour parfait, maison très équipée et intimitée

Très belle maison, très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. La "Bodega" est parfaite, 100% de repas à l'extérieur, frigo, plancha, bbq. La piscine est grande et confortable et surtout... chauffée. Une bonne chose car la météo nous a fait quelques caprices. Grand terrain avec possibilité d'ombre et de soleil, aucun vis-à-vis. Quartier calme. BREF TOUT CE QUE NOUS APPRECIONS.

Maison et jardin spacieux, très confortable, bien équipée. 25 mn des plages, proche de Bayonne et Biarritz et visites des Pyrénées. Accueil convivial, bonne communication et réactivité des propriétaires
