Close to the golf courses and the Saint-François Lagoon, Villa Victoria, built in 2015, is located in Domaine Du Parc, a popular gated community. Two minutes away from the golf courses and the marina, three minutes away from the beaches and the lagoon, this villa features all mod cons and luxury amenities in a calm area with everything you need to enjoy your tropical holidays. The villa can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a large terrace. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large, wooden terrace where you can practice swimming and water aerobics. Villa Victoria is labelled 5 stars by the Ministry of Tourism. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and the pool. You will enjoy the quietness of the place and the different spaces, such as the large outdoor living area or the magnificent 1000-m² tropical garden.

Strictly 8 people maximum on site.
Deposit of 2500 euros to be given on arrival at the handing of the keys.

Superb villa

It’s exactly like in the pictures. Spacious, well situated. Kitchen is really well stocked. Large parking on property that could possibly accommodate 2 cars (we had a 9 passenger van). It’s 5 minutes away of the big Carrefour grocery store and 10 minutes away from downtown and the marina district. Host is very responsive and welcoming. Perfect for 4 couples.

Vey functional home, 3 queen beds main floor, 1 upstairs. Excellent kitchen & utensils. Beds are very firm, suggest taking small inflatable mattress pads to soften your rest. Fantastic Villa, fantastic holiday

The villa was beautiful, it is set out really well for both space and comfort. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything you need. The pool was very clean and the BBQ was a great addition. We loved the outdoor space and there was a fantastic suntrap at the side of the villa for drying clothes. The bedrooms were all a great size each with it's own bathroom and air conditioning, although one of the rooms air conditioning wasn't working too well it didn't spoil the holiday for us. The villa was absolutely spotless and very well maintained, Florence kept in touch with us about checking in and out and was very helpful, we were able to have a later check out than we expected which was a lovely end to our holiday.The villa is very well represented , although we thought it had a hot tub but it does not, but again , not a problem to us. We would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Tout y est: l'annonce correspond en tout point à la réalité. Au calme, très propre et très bien entretenue. La propriétaire Marie est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Ravie de notre séjour en famille dans cette jolie villa très bien agencée (4 chambres avec 4 salles de bain attenantes), très fonctionnelle avec un très bel espace salon / salle à manger sur la terrasse extérieure couverte. Très jolie décoration et villa très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci à Marina et Géraldine pour leur excellent accueil et disponibilité pendant le séjour. Sans hésitation

La villa ne manque de rien et est en totale adéquation avec le descriptif. Une décoration soignée, d'une propreté irréprochable, des chambres spacieuses avec leur salle de bain chacune, une perle! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et Virginie, l'hôte est d'une extrême gentillesse et réactivité. J'ai également eu un très très bon contact avec Marie, la propriétaire.Seul ombre au tableau durant notre séjour, pas d'eau chaude sauf le 1er jour. Problème qui n'a pu être résolu car notre séjour est tombé pendant un long week-end férié donc pas de plombiers de disponible. La faute à pas de chance. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour, Virginie nous a très bien accueilli avec un super repas préparé par Delphine. Maison très spatieuse idem aux photos, adapté pour 8 adultes. Nous avons eu la chance de passer ce séjour avec nos 2 amis iguanes tous les jours présent près de la piscine (même à l'intérieur de celle-ci😉) et des petits sucrier.. . Nous recommandons cette villa pour un séjour en amis ou en famille. Petit plus la propriétaire Marie est adorable je le dis pour l'avoir eu plusieurs fois au téléphone pour la préparation de notre séjour ! On reviendra... Stéphanie (Guillemin) et son epoux, famille OLLIVIER. Franck, Luca, Marie et Marco.

Magnifique Villa !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la Villa lumineuse Victoria. Les prestations sont de qualités et rien ne manque. Nous sommes très bien placés géographiquement : à quelques minutes du petit marché local de St François, des plages et de la Marina pour les activités nautiques. Le petit plus : proposition de délicieux menus antillais pour le jour de l’arrivée ! Tout était parfait et l’accueil très agréable.

Excellentes vacances entre amis

Cette villa est magnifique, la décoration est soignée et les installations sont propres. L'espace de vie est convivial et bien aménagé. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Accueil chaleureux avec planteur et petit dej' pour le lendemain. La gérante ainsi que la propriétaire sont à l'écoute et se montrent disponibles, c'est très agréable. A recommander vivement !!

Après un long périple pour arriver en Guadeloupe (Avion AIR FRANCE dérouté et 24h00 de plus pour arriver à PTP), nous avons apprécier le charmant accueil de Virginie qui s'est rendue disponible et a su s'adaptée à nos aléas. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Guadeloupe et la maison était un espace très confortable et convivial pour profiter de nos vacances entre amis (4 couples). Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la villa où les prestations sont au top ! Extérieur superbe. Tout est propre et net. Rien ne manque même un iguane 🦎 venait nous rendre visite chaque jour pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. Les mobilier est de qualité tout comme la literie. Virginie est aux petits soins, à l’écoute et très réactive. Et les petits plats de Christine un régal (le flan coco un rêve). La propriétaire porte une attention particulière au bien être de ses clients. Nous recommandons ++++

Magnifique Villa

La villa est superbe, elle est très propre et son entretien est impeccable. La piscine est très appréciée et son entretien est vraiment sans repproche. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée, les lieux communs sont biens confortables et agréables. L'accueil a été bien orchestré, Virginie a été bien patiente, nous ne pouvions trouver l'endroit, et avions appelé plusieurs fois. L'environnement est magnifique, les fleurs, les plantes etc... On a vraiment l'impression d'être seuls au monde, sauf... malheureusement, à l'arrivée, on nous informe qu'il y a des travaux de construction juste à côté. Nous n'avons aucun problème lorsque les travailleurs parlent, mais la machinerie, oh lala, et ce quelquefois tôt le matin! Bon c'était sans conséquence, car nous partions tôt le matin pour explorer l'ile, mais les matins de farniente, on oublie ça! Sauf les week end. Les après-midi et les soirs, en revanche, sont très tranquilles. On a dit que cette construction n'était pas prévue, on aurait aimé être averti avant d'arriver... On nous a quand même donné une compensation pour ce contre-temps, je suis convaincue du professionalisme des propriétaires.
