BASEMENT WITH SPA
The basement of the home offers you even more facilities, it features a private spa with jacuzzi bath, steam bath sauna and showers. There is also a storage room and utility room in the basement. Villa Playanita is a true contemporary home in top condition offering the latest tech equipment and high quality appliances: high speed fiber for wifi, a Sonos system along with an advanced alarm system, air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating system and all bedrooms comes with their own tv with international as well as Spanish channels.
