28 sq-m studio with sleeping area for 4 people on the 2nd floor of the residence with lift.
Large 12 sq-m balcony exposed north west on the Doron side with view of the tourist office square.

Living area with television, sofa and storage.
Kitchen area with vitroceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave fridge with freezer and washing machin.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
- Sleeping area: one set of bunk beds (2 persons).
- Living-room: sofa bed (2 persons)

BATHROOM:
Bathroom with shower and toilets.

Internet wifi access. Ski locker.
Covered parking space included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 30€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
