25 sqm- studio apartment with a balcony facing east for 4 people. On the fifth floor of the residence with lift.

Living area with dining area, 1sofa, wardrobe and television.

Equipped kitchen area with vitroceramic hobs, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
Living room : one set of pull out beds (2 single beds).
Sleeping area: 2 bunk beds (2 persons).

BATHROOM :
One shower room with towel heater and toilets. Washing machine.

Ski lockers.Internet wifi

RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of 30€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
