Bear Stone Lodge es una casa de un solo nivel, a poca distancia de Snow Summit Ski Resort. Con nuevas construcciones y mejoras en todo momento, es un excelente lugar para hospedarse en su viaje a Big Bear. Entra en la tímida sala familiar. Con un gran sofá seccional de cuero y una chimenea de leña, relájate y mira tus películas favoritas en el gran televisor de pantalla plana. También hay acceso al patio.

El comedor tiene amplios asientos con una mesa de estilo casa de campo. Salga a la terraza y parrilla en la barbacoa de gas natural.  La cocina de galera recientemente renovada tiene una gran cantidad de comodidades, incluidos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Una combinación de estufa / horno a gas con microondas arriba, refrigerador / congelador de lado a lado, lavaplatos y compactador de basura. Hay una cafetera Keurig. Justo al lado de la cocina hay un armario de lavandería con lavadora y secadora disponibles para uso de los inquilinos.

El área de la sala de juegos cuenta con una mesa de futbolín y una mesa de tejo, junto con un juego arcade de estilo vintage con múltiples juegos para elegir. My family and I loved this location and definitely enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and clean when we arrived. We were provided everything we needed(towels, cookware, shampoo, body wash, etc.) I really liked that things were labeled if it required specific instructions. I would definitely say here again!

It was very cozy. The game room was loved by the kids. The kitchen had almost everything you need and then some. We were in town for my husband to run an ultra and the hot tub was a life saver for his legs after running 63 miles. It was perfect for our family.

Perfect place for my family

Great property with great management company!

This was a great cabin for our small family gathering with three generations together. It was exactly as described in the listing and more. It had a lot more than what was listed. We were pleasantly surprised. The management company was very responsive to any concerns we may have had. We enjoyed our stay immensely! We would definitely recommend this cabin.

Great floorplan for a family with teen/tweens. Enjoyed the game room and jacuzzi! Nice fenced yard and close to everything you could need. Resort is surprisingly close- easiest Snowboarding trip ever!

16th birthday weekend

We took our daughter to Big Bear with some friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. This house was perfect for our group. The game room kept them very entertained and we were very close to everything in the heart of the village. The house was well stocked and we would definitely stay there again.

This is a cute attractive home conveniently located in Big Bear. It was roomy and comfortable myself, my wife, and 3 young grandchildren.During our 5 day stay, Big Bear had significant snow. Only twice was the driveway plowed. The homeowner provided no snow shovel. We called the management company and they promptly had one delivered. We had to shovel the driveway ourselves 3 times, and each time took hours to do. They also told us that the owner does not have the driveway plowed when the rental is occupied, WOW!The house could have been cleaner, there was obvious crud and crumbs throughout the kitchen. The outdoor hot tub would not go above 95 degrees, and it wasn't clean. We couldn't use it. When the water heater worked, it worked well. However, it often did not come on when we needed hot water. Apparently, the owner of the property does not subscribe to trash removal, nor does housekeeping take our trash after we leave. They even publish that we would be fined if we left any trash in the house or on the property. The house has a nice fireplace with a gas log lighter, but don't expect to find any firewood. The owner apparently does not provide firewood. We paid a substantial sum to rent this house, it is ridiculous for us to have to drive our daily trash to the local trash transfer station, another WOW!Overall, we were disappointed with this place and learned from our experience. We now know to ask more questions prior to reserving a vacation rental.

None of the issues below stopped us from enjoying our time, but I picked one of the nicer/pricier places with the idea of a stress free vacation for my family. If I had known about these before hand (these were obviously known issues with the property) I would have picked another place, especially for the money. Maintenance was prompt and responsive, but the only thing they could do while we were there was reset the water heater. Which we ended up doing ourselves every other night any way. Nice place overall but I have my own home to fix, I'm not trying to fix someone else's while I'm paying to stay there.Water Heater wasn't working when we arrived, called out maintenance who came out promptly. They reset heater but it went out every night we stayed. Found instructions in the check-in book to reset the breaker, correct one wasn't labeled, tripped CBs until we found right one.Sink pipes were leaking on arrival, known issue since they had a small bowl underneath. Had to dump the bowl every few hours to avoid flooding, placed a baking tray underneath at night to avoid water damage. Notified maintenance, we were told they couldn't fix while we were there.Giant branch in the backyard from the pine trees, taking up a whole corner of the yard. Not a big deal, but again, a known issue (someone had been working on cutting it up).Printed labels with instructions in every room, cabinet, drawer, everything in game room. Some were helpful, others threaten your security deposit.

Very comfortable, well appointed house with fun game room. Conveniently close to Snow Summit.

Although property manager’s systems were down at checkin, they were prepared with a backup plan and we were able to access to the property on schedule. Booking and checkout experience was simple.
