Bear Stone Lodge is a single level home and walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort. With newer construction and upgrades throughout, it's a great place to stay for your Big Bear trip. Step inside the cozy family room. With a large leather sectional sofa and wood burning fireplace, relax and watch your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV. There is patio access as well.

The dining room has ample seating with a farmhouse style table. Step out onto the deck and grill on the natural gas barbecue.  The newly upgrade galley style kitchen has an abundance of amenities including stainless steel appliances. A gas range/oven combo with microwave above, side by side fridge/freezer, dishwasher and trash compactor. There is a Keurig coffee machine provided. Just off the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer available for tenant use.

The game room area features both a Foosball table and a shuffleboard table, along with a vintage style arcade game with multiple games to choose from. There is a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, twin sleeper ottoman, large flat screen TV and a wet bar. There is also a restroom provided.

There is ease of access in this Big Bear cabin with all bedrooms and baths being on one level. Multiple points of outdoor access as well. The master bedroom includes a full size restroom, king bed and a large flat screen TV. There is deck access. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk and a full bed.

Step out back and enjoy the large yard. With a horseshoe pit, corn hole, and hot tub and patio seating to enjoy the outdoors. Relax and dine on the custom built 8' outdoor table with matching benches.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
