Sete at it's best!

Wonderful, close to everything! We loved our stay in sete ! The apartment was well equiped and very clean. Jean Marc was very helpful, all was parfect! Would revommend and rent again! !

Ideale Ferienwohnung mit einem Wermutstropfen

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 60er-Jahre-Wohnblock, die Lage ist ruhig, aber sehr zentral. Es ist die einzige Ferienwohnung, alle andern Wohnungen sind normal vermietet. Das grosse Plus der Wohnung: die wunderbare Aussicht, vom Balkon, aber auch von den Zimmern aus. Das war jeden Tag ein Genuss. Der Wermutstropfen: Je nach Wetter riecht es in der Wohnung schlecht, das hat mit den sanitären Bedingungen zu tun. Das hat unser Wohlbefinden zeitweise stark beeinträchtigt. Wer eine heikle Nase hat, sollte das wissen. Parkieren im Quartier ist unmöglich. Man kann zum Haus fahren, um abzuladen, aber dann muss das Auto im öffentlichen Parking zahlungspflichtig abgestellt werden.

ascenseur en panne, logement au 7ème étage sinon logement très bien situé et avec tout le confort nécessaire il vaut mieux prendre une place au parking du canal à la semaine Jean Marc très aidant

Super appart pour un super week-end à Sète !

Accueil très sympathique par Alexi, le fils de propriétaires. L’appartement est refait à neuf et il est très bien équipé, que ce soit dans la cuisine ou le salon. Très belle vue sur mer depuis le balcon où nous avons apprécié de préparer des repas avec la plancha et de manger au soleil. Pas de difficultés pour se garer dans le quartier. Grande proximité avec le port et les commerces, l’emplacement est très commode pour faire ses courses à pied, tout en profitant d’une résidence calme et sécurisée.
