Villetta Federica is 200 meters away from the sea and it`s entirely fenced, so it guarantees the privacy. The holiday home is accessible from a staircase in the pertinent and looked-after garden. There are an outdoor lounge area under the trees, ideal even during the hottest hours of the day and a furnished verandah with table and chairs and barbecue where the guests can have dinner.

The small villa by the sea consists of a large living room with wooden table and design chairs, the sitting room with sofa bed for two and a bathroom. The small hallway separates the living room from the sleeping area which consists of a double bedroom with closet and glass wall with access on the garden with outdoor shower. Moreover there are a bathroom with shower, a bright well-equipped kitchen and a half bath with washing machine.

Villetta Federica is one of our holiday homes in southern Salento, in Leuca, by the sea. It`s near beach establishments such as Lido Azzurro and Hotel Rizzieri. The small villa is near the seafront promenade with its beautiful historic villas, the tourist harbour and bars and restaurants. Other tourist spots in the area are the lighthouse, the sanctuary and the monumental fall. We suggest boat trips by the coast of Leuca, with its many marine caves.


 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 25 per person per week.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.

- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- One bathroom is incomplete.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.
