Come and relax at Puravida, a semi-detached house in a quiet residential area, close to the lagoon with a private above-ground pool (dimensions: 5 x 3.50/ depth 1M50), sunbathing and a beautiful garden with exotic notes.

It has a veranda to enjoy the outside, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, an American kitchenette, fully equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave, a laundry room, a living room with TV and equipped with wifi.
2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a large Italian shower on the floor.

Close to the shops, you are ideally located to join the various roads that will make you discover the wonders of Reunion Island.

I am very close to the beach of Saline les Bains, bordered by the largest lagoon of Reunion Island where you can discover thousands of multicolored fish (protected by the coral reef from any access to sharks).
Golf course at 150 meters.

Bars and restaurants at the edge of the lagoon will welcome you to contemplate sublime sunsets on the Indian Ocean.
Supermarket, post office, tobacco shop, bakery are nearby.
The Tamarins road is only 10 minutes away and is the ideal access to Saint Denis and all the tourist attractions of the island, the Piton de la Fournaise, the different cirques!

Bon séjour

Juste un petit détail, quartier très agréable, très calme, mais la location d’un côté très bruyante, je trouve que la piscine de la location à côté est mal placé ce qui fait que quand nous on est sur la terrasse que les gens se baignent, ça fait énormément de bruit. On arrive à voir même de l’eau. De notre côté c’est le seul défaut que je vois à cette location. . C’est vrai que pendant notre séjour, heureusement que les locataires à côté était plus souvent en déplacement que sur place parce que je pense que on aurait pas été jusqu’au bout du séjour. En tout cas la villa elle est adorable comme tout un peu plus petite que ce qu’on voyez sur les photos, mais pas dérangeant pour nous…

Situation géographique idéale mais état général de la villa moyen

La villa Puravida est très bien située proche des commerces et des plages. Elle est suffisamment spacieuse pour 3 à 4 personnes. Par contre, le calme mis en avant dans l'annonce n'est pas vraiment de rigueur le week-end, sur notre séjour de 4 semaines, il a fallu compté sur 3 fêtes très très bruyantes du voisin de derrière et 2 soirées des locataires voisins, car il faut savoir que la villa est jumelée. Autre point qui est venu un peu gâché le séjour, les équipements sont plutôt vétustes : machine à laver que l'on a réparé car le filtre était bouché, le mini four est complétement rouillé à l'intérieur, on a fait intervenir le bailleur pour faire réparer le "bar" de la cuisine qui menacé de s'écrouler, la porte fenêtre ferme avec un cadenas, .... Malgré cela, la villa est agréable et le secteur est absolument magique avec ses plages et ses accès faciles aux différents plaisir de l'île.
