It has private parking in a closed property in the heart of the village of Urtaca, 200 meters from a natural river where it is possible to swim and 11 and 16 km and the protected beaches of the Ostriconi and Lozari.

The houses include a flat-screen satellite TV with French channels. The private bathroom has a shower. Beds will be made upon arrival. Towels are provided.
