Appartement trÚs propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. La terrasse et le parking privatif sont un vrai plus, le stationnement étant interdit dans la rue.En revanche, nous n'avons été informés qu'à notre arrivée qu'il y avait des travaux de peinture dans l'immeuble (ce qui explique sans doute la réduction de prix dont nous avons bénéficié)...Il nous a donc fallu vivre avec les odeurs de peinture. L'immeuble est par ailleurs sonore (on entendait trÚs bien les voisins du dessus).

Un super séjour au centre de Cauterets bien qu'un petit peu bruyant !

Super séjour à Cauterets, logement adapté aux enfants en plein centre avec place de parking ce qui semble un bien précieux !!! Le logement est trÚs bien équipé ! Dans les moins: la VMC est vraiment bruyante et il y a quelques marches qui peuvent se révéler un peu dangereuses !

Appartement vraiment agrĂ©able, propre et bien situĂ©! Le fait d’avoir un parking est vraiment un plus! La terrasse est assez grande pour manger dehors (si le temps le permet)! Espace salon assez spacieux et convivial! Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et une enfant, c’était parfait pour 5! La localisation est top que ce soit par rapport aux remontĂ©es ou aux commerces! Je pense que si nous devons revenir sur cauteret nous relouerons cet appartement! Et merci Ă  la concierge pour sa gentillesse malgrĂ© la forte affluence en ces vacances d’hiver!

TrĂšs belle semaine de vacances Ă  Cauterets. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  quelques mĂštres des Ɠufs ! Logement propre et bien agencĂ© pour une cinquantaine de m2 ! Le seul axe d’amĂ©lioration serait de changer les menuiseries (vitrage trop fin) ! les nuisances sonores sont prĂ©sentes la nuit et matin (ramassage de poubelles, etc). CompliquĂ© pour des bĂ©bĂ©s. Mais sinon je recommande fortement ce logement proche de toutes commoditĂ©s !

Ayant contactĂ© 2 jours avant, par tĂ©lĂ©phone, la gĂ©rante, j'ai suivi ses indications et la remise des clĂ©s a Ă©tĂ© facile. Appartement bien chauffĂ© et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© pour cuisiner. Bon espace pour 6 personne. Dommage les petites diffĂ©rences de niveaux avec 2 Ă  3 marches. Bien situĂ© prĂšs des commerces et de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine.
