This four bedroom, three full bathroom home has two waterfront patios, a rooftop deck, pier, and water views from all non-bedroom areas. The master bedroom is adorned with incredible water views. There is an outdoor bar/grill on one of the patios for your enjoyment.

The location was perfect and the house was lovely. We had a bit of hard time figuring out the light switches and the AC controls, but we probably could have mastered those if we had stayed longer.

Beautiful location

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood just 15-20 minutes from downtown Annapolis. The neighborhood was quiet and scenic- exactly what we wanted during our stay. The view was beautiful! The property can certainly use some updates- the dock (particularly the steps leading to the dock) and the rooftop deck (which we didn’t dare step on), should likely be replaced as I’m almost certain they wouldn’t pass codes. The house is spacious and comfortably fit 9 of us. The showers in each bathroom let out very little water, which I’m assuming is a water pressure issue. It wasn’t enough of an issue to contact the owner during our brief stay, but it was certainly a nuisance. One of the sliding doors did not work, which the owner made very clear. This wasn’t an issue, but should probably be fixed eventually given the price guests are paying for their stay. The decor of the home was a bit odd, but the beautiful location and stunning views made up for it. All in all, we enjoyed the property and the location, but agreed that certain changes should be made for the comfort of guests. I will say the owner was very kind, responsive, and even made special accommodations for our group which we very much appreciated!!

Hi Emily, Thank you for the very detailed review. First, we are HAPPY to announce the installation of a new, $4000 water system which has eliminated all water pressure issues. Unfortunately, we were on a waitlist and it couldn’t be installed before your stay. Excellent pressure now. I go on the pier every day and the pier is fine, but wood weathers and goes through changes in the elements over time. I rarely go on the rooftop deck, but we had friends/about 20 people enjoying themselves recently on it. As far as sliding glass doors, the two are right next to each other and lead to same deck, so we just use one. I am glad you enjoyed your stay!!

Waterfront View Relaxing and Beautiful

Residential open concept home with waterfront view AND easy access to Annapolis and John Down's memorial park, both worth the trip! Great outdoor lounge patio & furniture. Had an enjoyable long weekend with family we hadn't seen in a year!

Beautiful Weekend Stay!

Such a great home on the water. Awesome neighborhood! Four couples staying while experiencing a Reunion. House had plenty of room and seating, both inside and out. Stayed at the end of the season, so some fixes will need to be addressed. Will definitely consider staying again!

Perfect waterfront home for a family vacation

We spent a 4-day weekend here with our grown children, and it was perfect for the six of us. The views are really outstanding! The house is roomy, with living and dining areas both overlooking the water. It's a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, short drive to shops and only 20 minutes from downtown Annapolis. Rich was very responsive and checkin was easy.

Excellent view

I will first say that the view/location of this house is phenomenal. Beautiful sunsets and views of the water/boats all day. It was also nice to be able to sit out on the dock at any given time. In addition, the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Check in was seamless. That said, I wouldn't stay here again. The primary reason is the house needs some upgrades/repairs for the price we paid. Many light fixtures were out or broken, two of which were in showers, making one of the bathroom showers unusable. This was problematic because we had a group of seven. We experienced a leaky roof on two occasions. Both were caused by heavy rains, but still an issue. The floors are uneven in several areas of the house, and many of the TV's did not work. A fire stick was provided, though we brought our own, which was good since there was no access to cable, etc. Many boards leading into the house and on the dock were broken/warped, causing a hazard for people to trip and fall. The kitchen was fine, but not much space and difficult for more than one person to be cooking/doing anything at the same time. Again, this was more of an issue given our party size. This house may be better suited for smaller groups, or just for a weekend getaway, versus the full week we were there.

Thank you for the review, and I am glad you enjoyed the water/views. In regards to some of your concerns: I apologize for any lights out...we had back to back week rentals, and I was not aware of any lights out. But that is an easy fix. As far as the leaks...well that was actually a hurricane that hit our area and it ripped some shingles off the roof, resulting in a leak in the attic which had not happened before. The shingles have already been fixed/repaired. Lastly, regarding the slope of some of the floors. This community was built in 1940. Our house, like many, have been upgraded and had additions put on over the years. Some of the flooring was built around a stone fireplace from 1940. Same with the decks. It’s a quaint waterfront house/community. Our previous guests enjoyed it so much that they are now looking for a house in our neighborhood or nearby and asked if we knew anyone selling.....so it’s a feel/setting that fits many people. Great home and location. Water was refreshing. Owner was extremely helpful and accessible.

The house is set up well for fun both indoors and out. A great place for a relaxing. My kids are in their 20's ... said there was plenty to do both at the house and nearby. The local shops are very convenient too.

Fantastic experience!

House was spectacular, as were the views! House was clean upon arrival and was true to listing. Owner was very easy to get a hold of, and accommodating with our check-in & check-out process. We would absolutely rent again!
