This is one of the most charming houses in Murray Hill! Located on a dead end street, this brick colonial with a slate roof sits on a beautiful lot just 1/2 block from Spa Creek. This beautifully updated 2449 sf home located in the City of Annapolis boasts 4 bedrooms (two bedrooms with king beds), and 3.5 baths. It was completely renovated in 2016 to become a lovely vacation rental for up to 8 guests. There are no personal belongings in the home so you are not dealing with any clutter and it was set up 100% with guests in mind to enjoy. This approach along with our ammenties has helped us earn our 94 five star reviews.
You can park the cars in our off street driveway which is big enough to park 3 cars and walk everywhere. This means all your guests have freedom and autonomy to come and go.
The house is located approx a 1/2 half mile from the top of Main Street. The home has hardwood floors throughout, tons of natural light, new kitchen with SS appliances, huge center island, 2 ovens, granite countertops and a family room off the kitchen with a built-in wine refrigerator. Our home is fully furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, and we provide other sundries like: coffee, sugar, Splenda, PAM, olive oil, baggies, Reynolds wrap, salt and pepper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner so there is no need to hurry up and run to the store when you get here!

The home boasts 3 55-inch smart LG tv's. The master bedroom is huge (18x15) with a king bed, and a 55-inch LG tv. The master bath has a corner soaking tub, separate vanities and a luxurious shower that has 2 shower heads, 3 body sprays and a built-in bench for a spa like experience.

Two additional bedrooms and one full bath are located on the 2nd floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has two XL twin beds that can be put together to make a king. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level and has its own private bath.
Relax in the screened-in porch or grab a book and either a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and walk approx 400 feet away to sit by the water's edge at Old Woman's Cove off (Spa Creek) and chill.
Note: The renter who signs the lease MUST occupy the property. There is no subletting allowed.

This house is in the perfect location to walk to fun restaurants and events in Annapolis. The house itself is charming and cozy but beautifully appointed. We felt comfortable and welcome and like we couldā€™ve stayed there for a lot longer and really enjoyed ourselves. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay there again. This house is beyond perfect! Donā€™t let the picture of what appears to look like a charming little house fool you, it is beyond spacious and has everything you need! It is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly need, just like being at your own home. I could move right in this house and not change a thing. And, it is conveniently located - close to the Naval Academy, shopping and eateries. Kerry, the owner, is super easy to work with and made our rental process flawless. If we return to Annapolis, I hope this house is available because I donā€™t want to even look for anything else. Iā€™d give it more than five stars if I could!

We were in town for the 125th Army Navy game. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, and the location is convenient and easy. We were able to drive to the Commanders stadium in about 40 minutes, while being very close to USNA, Eastport, and downtown Annapolis.

Perfect Accommodations!

This was the perfect spot for my family & I to stay while traveling to Annapolis for the sailboat show. The home is a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Annapolis so we were able to travel by foot everywhere. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Kerry, and she was an absolute delight! She sent us numerous restaurant recommendations and her home is immaculate. It has all the amenities you would need while traveling. We hope to stay here again when we come back for the sailboat show next year!

USNA I-Day Stay

We had a such a great stay during Induction Day at USNA. We walked downtown (about 15 min) through the beautiful neighborhood in which the house is located. Communication with owner was excellent. Home is even better than the pictures. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Experience

The house was updated and freshly appointed with plenty of comfortable space for the 3 of us. The neighborhood is lovely. There are restaurants within a short walking distance where we enjoyed breakfast. Downtown Annapolis is also within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

Couldn't have been better. Lots of room to spread out for the crowd, and outdoor space if the weather cooperates. The kitchen is big, beautiful and fully stocked for your morning coffee, and ready for your afternoon cocktails. USNA Reunion

Everything was ready to go as soon as you came into the house; no need to bring anything but food and drink. The house was centrally located for all activities throughout the town of Annapolis and it was very well appointed. The large island in the kitchen got a lot of use. A great place to reminisce and tell stories. We would stay again.

A gem!

The location of the property is ideal. We walked to most events for Commissioning Week. The extended family was with us and it was nice to have two in suite full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, plates and glassware. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails in the inclosed outside deck watching the wildlife. Kerry was a great host. Wedding Weekend

My family came to celebrate my daughter's wedding. This lovely home offered the space and quiet comfort I was looking for in a rental. The rooms are much larger than I expected. In December 2014, my husband and I purchased our home in the City of Annapolis from retiring 4 Star Admiral Samuel J. Locklear III. We have spent 8 months renovating and expanding it. We have added 1000 square feet for a new master bedroom and a new master bath.

The home has all the modern amenities and conveniences one would want in a home. We believe it offers our guests 5 star accommodations. Our guest book says it all-people really enjoy their time spent in our home making their memories.

We are located in beautiful downtown Annapolis MD on a quiet cul de sac. We can walk to everything Annapolis has to offer. Our favorite spot just to it all in is right around the corner. We sit on the park bench at the water's edge watching all the boats, kayaks, and paddleboarders go by. Sometimes it is fun to bring a mug of coffee and a book and just sip, read and enjoy!
