All comfort, 4 large bedrooms. bedrooms on the 1st floor with 2 large 160x200 beds. 2 other bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, the other bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub. 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. A spacious, fitted and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave). A living room with sitting area (corner sofa) and dining area. A cellar with washing machine and dryer. Outside, wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs). The house is located in the village, close to local shops (boulangeris, grocery store, bars, restaurants), Nearest beach 300 m, nature stay and beach, discovery of the magnificent site of the island on foot
