Très moderne et bel appartement entièrement meublé dans nouvellement construit (construction 2008) immeuble (Elipta) - 3 minutes à pied de la station de train local avec un accès facile Glasgow (environ 20 minutes) Ce charmant appartement est situé au 2ème étage et dispose du chauffage central au gaz, double vitrage, et a l'avantage supplémentaire d'une salle de bains salle de douche avec Alon principale bathoom de famille Internet gratuit. Idéal emplacement central avec un accès d'entrée sécurisé et un ascenseur au 2ème étage. Les parties communes sont entièrement tapissées et l'ensemble du bâtiment est nettoyé sur une base quotidienne par la société de gestion de l'affacturage. Il est difficile d'imaginer un appartement plus idéalement situé pour les déplacements avec un rapide 2 à 3 minutes à pied de la gare de Canal Street et à seulement 2 miles de l'autoroute M8 ou l'aéroport. Le système d'Internet au sein de l'appartement est là pour votre usage illimité gratuit et est stable rapide et fiable. Un nouveau téléviseur de 50 pouces installé septembre 2015 a toutes les chaînes de la TNT au Royaume-Uni et de nombreuses chaînes HD. Avec l'entrée USB, vous pouvez également regarder des films ou des émissions de télévision que vous ou des fichiers MP3 lecture vous pouvez avoir téléchargé sur une clé USB. This is actually the 2nd time that we have rented this flat. Very convenient to train station and a bus stop. Nice Morrison's within walking distance.

Lovely Apartment
Stayed here for 3 nights as we were going to a concert in Glasgow. The flat is spacious, well laid out and everything you could wish for. Brian is always on hand at the end of an email or phone call to assist if required and Ann came out when we had an issue with the key and resolved it in 15 minutes. Great place and we will certainly book again.

Thanks for your 5 star feedback and hope you enjoyed the Carrie Underwood country and western show at the SECC exhibition centre in Glasgow and the superb bars and restaurants in Merchant City in Glasgow. The train station just round the corner is so very handy and convenient. Great if you book with us again and thanks for leaving the apartment so need and tidy.

Great apartment
We were delighted with this apartment, very well equipped especially the kitchen, bright decor. If I had one negative , it would be the bathroom did not have a shower so everyone has to share the en-suite, depends how long you are staying as to if this would be an issue.

With your comment about this we will arrange to have a shower installed in the main bathroom also as soon as is practical. Lovely apartment in Paisley; clean, warm, secure and quiet
Great apartment and a super location with easy access to Glasgow especially the SEC which was our work destination for the week of our stay. So nice to come back to a warm (our visit was in March) clean and above all quiet apartment each evening with plenty of space and better facilities than the usual impersonal hotel room. Our host and his team have been most helpful and the excellent security in the building set our minds at rest about leaving valuable equipment there when we were out. The lift was much appreciated at the end of a long day.

Excellent customer care
When we first arrived in the apartment it felt fairly nippy (owing to it being the middle of February) but as soon as we turned up the thermostat the place started heating up right away, making it feel a lot cosier. The picture inserted may need an update as there is no bookshelf containing a stereo and such but the large, living room TV has YouTube, so one can listen to their choice of music.
The rooms are cosy and the beds are very comfortable. (One should bring their own monitor or music speaker if one desires to have such in their room).
The most important thing to point out about our stay is the accessibility and helpfulness of the proprietor, Mr Brian Soutar. I made some silly mistakes with the apartment key codes, and Mr Soutar was always accessible; he always made himself available be it via text, email or direct line and he was so calm, patient and understanding.
Mr Soutar has provided a lovely home away from home, leaving sweet little treats, tea, coffee and sugar, and enough domestic products to give your holiday a relaxing start.
If you visit Paisley at the end of the weekend, it may - at first , feel a little 'ghost-townish'. However, we loved the peace and slow pace, and anyone we did interact with, was lovely.
I would recommend visiting a couple of the nearby bars as the local people are very relaxed, and I would definitely recommend visiting the Jam Jar for cocktails and some good food. Additionally, Paisley Canal train Station is literally a stones-throw away from the apartment, and Glasgow central is a few stops on the train and the journey is highly
recommended plus trains run till fairly late in the evening. (Sauchiehall and Argyle Street are must visits for anyone who ventures into Glasgow Central.)

Perfect in every way

Excellent flat, well appointed
The flat is large with a super modern kitchen. The master bedroom has an onsuite with shower and the bathroom with s tub. The lounge has a lovelynsofa and two nice Chairs. There is a large flat screen TV . The WiFi is very strong and covers the entire flat. The kitchen is full equipped and has a washing machine.
The owner was extremely helpful with any questions we had and even told us about the stairs by the back of the building which leads up,to one of the cities Main Street where there and pub, restaurants and shops. He answers your emails,texts very quickly
There is lot of ample parking and a morrison’s very close.
All in all it was a super place for exploring the area. Very easy to get out to Loch Lomand and the highlands.

It was wonderful!
The apartment was a very nice place to stay, clean, quiet, with lots of room. It was a nice place to stay at the end of our Scotland vacation. It was really close to the train, to grocery stores, and had a lot of great places to eat within walking distance. The people of Paisley were very friendly and offered directions very readily, which was very helpful.

Great location and friendly neighbors
The apartment had everything we needed for a few days' stay. It is close to town, allowing you to walk to many places or catch the train. Brian was available via email but we only contacted when checking in and out. He was great about having the place clean and ready for us to check in after a long flight. A neighbor saw us as we were arriving and was very sweet to show us where to go. The apartment is very nice. The shower is quite small but it did the trick. It might be nice to have a few extra toiletries, small washcloths, and maybe a snack and drinks in the fridge just as a welcome refreshment upon arrival. Overall, I'd recommend and would stay again!

Our apartment is not a hotel or bed and breakfast... it is self catering if you understand the meaning (which you don't) and is simply fantastic value for money.

Nice Apartment
Nice apartment. Four adults spent a week there. The train stop is very close. It took us less than a five minute walk. Great for getting into Glasgow. Paisley isn't the best area in Scotland. We didn't walk around after dark.

Home from home
After spending five weeks In this lovely apartment we can't thank Brian enough for making out stay such a pleasant one. The flat in itself is very comfortable and spacious with everything necessary to do the cooking at home, if you want to, as there are plenty of restaurants and ready-made food shops all around. The location is terrific as there are bus stops a few yards away. and the train station to Glasgow is only a three minute walk away. The town center is only a ten minute walk away. The only downside for us was that the beds were a bit soft for us but that is a matter of taste and apparently they are about to be renewed. So thank you once again, Brian, for giving us a place to stay home from home, we certianly will recommend it and hope to return some day soon.

We have now decided that we would like to rent it out to holiday makers visiting Scotland or perhaps professionals working for short periods in or near Paisley or Perhaps in or near Glasgow's City Centre. We feel this lovely apartment would also be ideal for guests visiting family or friends in the area but perhaps don't wish to impose too much. Without doubt our apartment is a better and cheaper solution than any Hotel and our guests can expect all the conveniences of a superb and comfortable home.
