Waterfront Lake House with Boat Lift and Dock on Lake LBJ
The lake entertainment house is designed to check all the boxes of Lake Fun. There is ample space designed to make entertaining seamless and functional.
The front yard offers a fenced in area for furry family members and small children to play safely away from the water. Out back is the real star of the show, LAKE LBJ! To maximize your enjoyment we have a patio with a fire pit, as well as the boat dock with a huge upper deck. There is a boat lift and closet available for your use as well. The upper deck is perfect for getting some sun or watching the sunset! There is an additional outdoor showering area and an outdoor half bath for convenience while enjoying the exterior lake activities.
Inside is set up seamlessly, the lower floor has the kitchen, main living, dining, and half bath. As well as covered front and back patios. The upper floor contains the Master Suite, Bunk Bed Room, Third Bedroom, Upper living room, Second Full Bathroom, and Upper Lake View Patios.
Please note, this home is in the Overlook Cove HOA. The house access sidewalk, side yard, and boat dock are shared common area. We are a small, friendly community of boat slip owners. Please feel free to say hi!

I grew up in Marble Falls, always dreaming of owning and enjoying a lake house. I love to share it with our guests when we are not enjoying it as a family!
Why they chose this property
Granite Shoals has a convenient spot on Lake LBJ. Close enough to town to get groceries, errands, etc easily, yet far enough that you still get the peaceful lake vibes.
What makes this property unique
We have an amazing upper deck with spectacular sunset views! On top of that we have a nice quiet cove, perfect for kids to swim away from the busy boat traffic. Just a quick trip out of the cove gets you right in the middle of the lake fun!
