We are very sorry you did not find the natural forest living up to your standards,im afraid in the forest where we are cob-webs will be found in abundance,and it doesn't matter how many times we try to keep them at bay they will return over night, The lake is not always green ,it was unfortunate when you came that the weather was really hot and formed the algae to grow ,which makes the lake look very green, again not our fault, I cant see why you think the the pictures do not reflect the property,we have not photoshopped anything,they are exactly as it is,what was missing? what was differant? I agree the childrens play area could do with some new equipment,and shall be looked into as a future project.thank you for your review it was most helpfull.

Thank You for taking the time to post a review of your stay with us. It was a great pleasure for us to have you as guests so late in the season. We are sorry that the small lamp was missing from your cabin, but it was broken by the previous guests and we did not even know about it being broken until the day of your visit. Please be assured that it has been replaced. Our policy is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. and have invested heavilly in new wood burner heaters and new flooring throughout all the cabins. We also provide as much wood as you need, free of charge, a free packet of lighter blocks and even matches to light your fires. We cannot however provide free briquettes due to the cost. They are readilly available from the local petrol stations and supermarkets, however our guests usually manage with the plentiful supply of twigs and cones from the forest to help light the fires. We also note your comment about the cleanliness of the cabin. Kim and I clean the cabins thoroughly before the arrival of every guest and we can only appologise if we missed something in this case.

Also, thanks for introducing us to your lovely Gluwine it was delicious.
