CASA NANA - Large comfortable villa with private pool and sea view

ACCOMODATION:
GROUND FLOOR: Hall, WC, lounge / dining area with a large flat screen digital satellite TV , DVD and Hi-Fi, Wi Fi, patio doors to a lovely covered Al fresco dining terrace with sea views. Large heatable swimming pool with Roman steps and spacious terraces with a brick built BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen / breakfast room with dishwasher. One bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (bath + shower). There is also an optional bedroom (extra charge) for 2 persons with sofa bed and an en suite shower room (*), divided from the lounge by a sliding vertical blind.
FIRST FLOOR: The 3 bedrooms are air- conditioned and have balconies with lovely panoramic sea views. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. King size bedroom with en-suite shower room. King size bedroom with en-suite shower room.
BASEMENT: Garage containing sauna, laundry with washing machine and dryer
There is an alarm system and a safe.

(*) 2 Persons can be accommodated on the Sofa bed (extra charge).

This beautiful large villa is situated in a small urbanization east of Pêra, a typical Portuguese village. The house has beautiful views across the dunes to the sea.
There is a small road (short cut) to the superb sandy beach, some 5km long, between Galé and Armação de Pera with several beach bar restaurants and facilities to hire sun beds and sunshades.
Armacao de Pera is the nearest town, a 10 minute drive, with a huge selection of restaurants.
Albufeira town is 10 km away, about 15 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with, in the summer season, regular free shows at the main square.
Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specializing in chicken piri piri.
The nearest supermarket is 300m away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is at 10 minutes drive selling everything you could possibly need with cinemas and a restaurants area.

ein wunderschönes Objekt

Wir waren zu viert in der CASA NANA und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Rudi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch später all unsere Fragen per Whats App schnellstens beantwortet. Da wir erst spät Abends angereist sind standen Wein, Bier, Milch und O-Saft zu unserer Begrüßung bereit, so das wir unseren Einkauf auf den nächsten Tag verschieben konnten. Das Haus ist sehr groß und mit mehr ausgestattet als das man braucht. Sogar Handtücher für den Strand wurden bereit gelegt, die einmal die Woche gewechselt wurden. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Stränden mit Strandbars und/oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Genauso haben wir aber auch die Tage am großen Pool und dem Außenbereich geniessen können. Sonne und Schatten ist für jeden nach seiner Wahl am Pool möglich. Rundherum war es ein erholsamer Urlaub im Casa Nana. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Lovely villa - very much home from home

On arrival at the villa we were greeted by a lovely couple who showed us around, gave us the keys, told us local information (like where to put the rubbish) and over useful stuff! Villa was very clean, tidy and large. Kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil you could imagine. Great outside space with swimming pool. Did have to get the leaves out several times a day as next door had overhanging bushes, but not a great chore. Had a problem with one of the beds, but messaging with the property manager soon had that fixed. Did need a car to go out and about, but several small towns and Alberfeira only 15/20 mins away. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks in a fantastic villa. Would certainly go back again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rudi hat uns immer sofort bei Fragen weitergeholfen. Top Haus mit Blick auf das mehr. Super war auch die Zwischenreinigung. Wir würden definitiv nochmal hier in dem Haus einen Urlaub verbringen

We had a super time at this lovely villa, only comment is there is no AC in the two downstairs bedrooms and only one of the rooms had a fan.

Fabulous first class villa!

Beautiful villa that is extremely well equipped and everything good quality! Large bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. Large open plan living and dining areas. Large terrace with dining area, loungers, seat cushions - very comfy. Feels like a home! A few bars, restaurants and pharmacy all within walking distance and stunning beaches and small town only a few minutes drive away. Ubers reasonably priced too. Highly recommend this villa for large families, especially with adult children like us or group of friends. Even better than the pictures!! And excellent wifi! We will come again! Thank you Kathleen and Rudi for making us feel so welcome.

Memorable will be going back

Casa Nana is on a cul de sac in a quiet neighbourhood. Felt very safe. Layout of the house is excellent especially with each room having its own washroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of space for eating indoors and outdoors. The pool was well maintained and well lit in the evenings. Host was exceptional.

Tres bon séjour à casa nana

Merci à Rudi pour son accueil. La maison est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les commodités. Le centre-ville de Pera est à toute proximité.

Sehr schön, an einigen Ecken müsste man etwas ausbessern

Großes geräumiges Haus mit sehr viel Platz für eine große Familie. Küche und Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, alles mit Klima, toller Pool und sehr sauber. Kleines Problem waren die Ameisen!

Génial... reposant... dépaysant...

Nous avons adoré la maison. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables et conviviaux. La vue est dégagée er belle. Les plages sont à proximité immédiate et de beaux villages à visiter. Le propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons....

Large house with great outdoor space and lovely pool

Stayed as a group of 5 people. Great private, outdoor space for sunbathing and barbecuing with nice outlook towards the sea in the distance.Pool was lovely and big. Kitchen was well stocked and lounge much bigger than the photo showed in the listing with plenty of seating. Double beds were comfy but the twin beds had hard mattresses. Great to have air conditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Nice and clean throughout. We hired a car for the two weeks as the house is a bit far away from the nearest beach and town. You can walk to the beach in 45 minutes but It’s only a few minutes in the car and much cooler! There’s an Aldi and Continente supermarket only a 5 minute drive away. Lots of restaurants in nearby Armacao de Pera. Uber ride to Albufeira was €20 but doubled at night time! We’ll definitely come back to Portugal but we’ll stay closer to amenities next time.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Rudy, la villa est magnifique, lumineuse et très bien agencée, les pièces sont spacieuses. Nous avons pris chaque matin le petit-déjeuner déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer ! On a tous apprécié la piscine chauffée et le sauna. C’etait une très bonne semaine, nous aurions volontier prolongé notre séjour dans cette villa, adresse à retenir Merci Rudy. Familles ducret/james-leblanc

Absolut weiterempfehlenswert!!!

Sehr schönes, grosses, top ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Haus. Absolut nicht in die Jahre gekommen, sondern im Stil des Landes ;-) Sehr nette Vermieter. Auch für mehrere Kleinkinder ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir würden das Haus u d die Vermieter jederzeit weiterempfehlen.Viele Handtücher,, top!

Great Villa and Great Location

A beautiful, very spacious villa with a great swimming pool situated just on the edge of the village of Pera. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance so we didn't need a car. We used taxis to get around when we wanted to go a bit further afield - zoomarine is close by and is highly recommended - taxis were reliable and good value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great villa, would recommend to anyone

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at Casa Nana. Such a spacious, well kept, clean villa with all the facilities you would want in a home away from home. There is nothing else you need to have in order to enjoy this place. The pictures are a true representation of the villa and the owners are always helpful and welcoming. You will need a car to get anywhere. We can only recommend one eating out place, Lourenco in Gale. Amazing spot, amazing fish. With 2 small children we didn't venture too far for food, just had BBQ's in the villa and enjoyed our time thoroughly!

Excellent!

We had a great family holiday in this very well equipped and well maintained villa. It's on the edge of a very friendly town with a couple of small supermarkets and local restaurants. The sea is close enough and there are great views from the pool area. We would certainly return.

Toll wie immer

Auch wenn die Casa Nana nun schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist - auch nach dem Besitzerwechsel ist sie immer noch so zauberhaft wie bisher - egal ob mit Familie oder im Freundeskreis - dieses Haus ist einfach perfekt für den entspannten Urlaub mit bis zu 8 Personen. Wir waren schon drei Mal hier - und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Danke Rudi und Kathleen für die tolle Zeit!

Une maison de standing

Nous venons de passer une semaine magnifique à Casa Nana. Pour commencer,l e propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec un tour de la maison. Aucune surprise par rapport aux photos du site. La maison est grande aérée,propre et équipée pour accueillir 10 personnes sans problème (literie, vaisselle, meubles d'extérieur) et la piscine parfaite. Nous étions 9 (5 adultes et 4 enfants) et chacun avait sa place. A refaire sans hésitation si nous retrouverons nombreux.

Super Villa

In der Casa Nana stimmt alles: - schönes Haus - schöne Zimmer - gute Lage - gute Austattung (Pool, Grill, Tischtennisplatte, TV, Anlage, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liegen....) - nette Vermieter Wir waren alle sehr begeistert von der Villa und können sie nur weiterempfehlen!

Magnifique havre de paix

Magnifique villa ! Le confort absolu Séjour effectué de 10 personnes dont 6 enfants / Ados Nous avons passés deux semaines formidable dans cette magnifique demeure. Les propriétaires sont charmants et vous réserves un très bel accueil. Le village à proximité et la plage à quelques kilomètres finissent de rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons ! Large, clean, everything you need, great stay!

We were met on the evening of our arrival by the owners who made us feel very welcome and showed us round the villa. They were also very helpful with answering emails and questions prior to our arrival. Directions on how to get to the villa from the airport are good and not too far to travel by car. You would need a car to stay here in order to get to the shops, beaches and restaurants. The villa had everything you would need for your stay. A lot of space for the whole family and lovely place to holiday. The nearby beaches are wonderful. To be honest we didn't eat out so can't recommend where to go. We stayed with our 16 month old son so there was plenty of spare room! We would hope to revisit the villa again with our extended family (grandparents and uncles / aunts) and our soon to be new arrival. Totally recommend the villa! The only minor thing missing (which isn't a big thing) is, it would have been great if the villa provided pool/beach towels to save on space in the suitcase. Taking 3 large beach towels took up a bit of room and luggage allowance.
