Alles sehr schön, bei 38 Grad fehlte aber die angegebene Klimaanlage, zumal wenn man die Küche zum kochen nutzen will! Ein Mückennetz wäre auch super gewesen.

Bonjour Peter, Comme indiquée sur mon annonce, l'appartement ne possède pas de clim, mais les murs en pierres de 80 cm, protègent largement de la chaleur en été et maintiennent la douceur en hiver. Effectivement il faisait 38 à l'extérieur, ce qui n'est pas rare ici, mais la température dans l'appartement ne dépasse jamais plus de 27 degrés. Pour y avoir vécu 3 ans, je peux le certifier. Maintenant, il faut vraiment ouvrir pour aérer au matin et bien maintenir fermé en journée... Quant à la moustiquaire, idem, si les fenêtres restent ouvertes la nuit (ce qui n'a pas d'intérêt puisqu'il fait aussi chaud dehors que dedans), les moustiques rentrent... J'espère néanmoins que vous avez apprécié votre séjour... Bonne continuation.

joli appartement très bien situé, proche centre ville et attractions touristiques Bonne communication Appartement non climatisé par contre, un peu gênant en période de canicule car malgré l'épaisseur des murs, il faisait chaud. Au niveau équipements : réfrigérateur un peu trop petit pour 4 personnes et petit évier, ce qui n'est pas pratique d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle.

Bon sejour

L'appartement est agréable et à proximité du centre ville. Pièce de vie spacieuse et joliment décorée, l'appartement reste frais malgré les fortes chaleurs extérieures. Petit bémol : nous avions 3 réseaux ( orange, sfr et bouygues) et aucun ne passait, donc pas d'accès internet et très peu téléphone. La salle de bain est humide malgré la vmc avec une odeur peu agréable qui remonte. Il manque des rangements pour les vêtements, nous étions 3 et c'était très juste, d'autant que le seul placard, dans la salle de bain, était encombré d'objets. Le rapport qualité prix est néanmoins très intéressant et nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Urlaub an der Ardeche in Ruoms

Die Lage der Wohnung war unter dem Aspekt der Zentralität sehr gut. Schnell ist man an den Hot Spots der Ardeche wie bspw. Vallon Pont d'Arc und auch die nette Kleinstadt Ruoms bietet alles, was Touristen brauchen. Auch lässt sich dort eine wunderschöne Wanderung an der Ardeche absolvieren. Einfach danach in der Touristenninformation fragen. Die Wanderung ist ca.10 Km lang. Gute Badespots gibt es rund um Ruoms oder bei Vallon Pont d'Arc. Ruoms selbst hat keinen schönen Badeplatz. Aber nicht weit von Ruoms bzw.noch bei Ruoms finden sich schöne Badestellen. Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl, sauber, geräumig und hat eine Terasse (allerdings ohne idyllischen Garten oder Natur allgemein). Dafür liegt sie nur 2 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
