In a popular area just 5 minutes from Lake Bourget and 45 minutes from our famous ski resorts of Savoy, Magnificent House Ultracontemporary 255m2 more combining charm, design and well-being.
On the ground floor, 2 spacious living rooms: TV area and reception room with wood stove to share moments of fun with friends or family. A kitchen of more than 40 m2 convivial and cordial which will make it possible to prepare your meals and aperitifs. To finish a parental suite (sofa bed 140 cm) with walk-in shower.

On the 1st floor, 3 parental suites with one,
-bed in 160 cm, bathroom space, dressing room
- 140 cm bed, shower area, office area
- 2 beds 90 cm, shower area, office area

And a game area with table football, a relaxation area (net and sofa corner)

In the basement, a jacuzzi indoor area of 8 people usable from 8h to 23h.

A large outdoor terrace with sunbathing will allow you to enjoy an exceptional view of the lake and our beautiful mountains.

A large swimming lane will refresh you and allow athletes to maintain their fitness.

Amazing house in a lovely location

A really lovely house in a perfect spot overlooking the lake. The owners are sometimes on site but the property is very private and they were lovely and extremely helpful. A perfect spot for exploring the lake and surrounding mountains.

Rare find in Tresserve

It's difficult to find a villa to rent in Tresserve but this property had everything we were looking for in our holiday. It was in a great location, peaceful and quiet, great views of the lake, and contemporary interior. We didn't get a chance to try out the jacuzzi because the weather was so warm but the pool was put to good use. We will definitely stay there again whenever we visit Lake Bourget.

Magnifique logement très original et bien équipé avec une vue à couper le souffle !Nous avons eu de la chance d’avoir un temps au beau fixe nous permettant aussi de voir un superbe coucher de soleil de la terrasse de la maison un verre à la main!Le 13/07 nous avons profité des différents feux d’artifice tirés dans les alentours à domicile.Secteur calme et résidentiel.Bien situé avec accès très rapide en voiture à Aix les bains. Idéal pour visiter les alentours.Hôte réactive, très agréable et arrangeante.A 30 minutes à pied de la plage du Lido et de rowling.Nous avons passé en famille un excellent séjour pour l’anniversaire de mon mari qui était ravi!Je recommande !

Maison de rêve

Nous sommes venu pour un week-end entre amis (8 personnes) et nous avons tous été émerveillé par cette belle villa qui a tout pour rendre le séjour inoubliable, la vue, les prestations de la maison, les équipements, bref un 10/10 pour l'ensemble. et petit plus la propriétaire Patricia qui est TOP. Alors de la part de nous 8, merci pour tout!
