This mountain modern remodel was recently completed! Brand new bathrooms. New kitchen cabinets with granite counters and stainless appliances, new modern flooring on main level, new carpet on stairway and 2nd level loft & bedrooms, and new updated furnishings throughout. This is not your run of the mill rental property! Located across the street from the Red Pines clubhouse and a 5 min walk to the Canyons Ski Lift, this condo has the location, amenities and comfort you are looking for in a relaxing retreat.

After a long day on the slopes, return to a cozy home away from home! This 2 bedroom + loft condo (sleeps up to 8 tightly or 6 very comfortably) is located at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort.

Only a 5 minute drive to Old Town Park City and a 10 minute drive to Deer Valley, all of Park City is just moments away! Free public transportation is also available at the base of the Red Pine Condominiums.

This multi-level condo with fireplace has a large common living area with a 46" flat screen SMART TV including full HD cable, DVR, and high-speed wireless internet. There is also an in-unit washer & dryer (fairly rare at Red Pine) so feel free to leave the condo with fresh clean clothes! This condo boasts a main level master with king bed , a 2nd level bedroom with a queen bed and a large open loft with two queen beds. The 2nd level private bedroom is very unique for Red Pine as most other units have 2 open loft sleeping areas upstairs with limited privacy. A large private deck with gas grill and seating for 8, surrounded by evergreens and aspens, is the perfect place for a BBQ or happy hour in the summer (or winter if you're brave)!

Red Pine has some of the best amenities in Park City! The community features a clubhouse with 2 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts. The new Canyon's Resort Golf Course also backs up against the condo project and would be very convenient for a summer stay! This is 1 of only 5 units in red pine with Air Conditioning.

My unit is located across from the clubhouse, adjacent to the new golf course green, and within a short walk to the Cabriolet lift which will take you to the base of all the action at the Canyons. The condo also has amazing mountain facing views. You’ll be able to see the lifts and beautiful peaks from this home!

The Clubhouse is opened about 8 months out of the year.
Summer hours: June -Sept, 10am-10pm
Winter hours: Thanksgiving-April, 12-10pm

Please Note: The Clubhouse closes the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from Labor Day in Sept to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance.

Nice stay

We stayed here to ski in at Canyons resort. Property is very conveniently located and just across from the club house with a pool and hot tub - much needed after a day on the slopes. Property itself was very nicely appointed, clean, and recently renovated with all new kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable stay.

4 people slept very comfortably in this unit. we each all had our own bed. Went here to for a snowboarding trip so it was a great location. You can either walk about 5-7 minutes to the cabriolet lift that brings you to the gondola or you can request a free shuttle via the canyon village connect app. Super convenient!

Perfect place for family ski vacation

An excellent experience renting this property. From the helpful info exchange to arriving to a clean, well furnished, and laid out unit. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and newer appliances that made it an easy task to eat in. Bonus points for both a keurig and drop coffee maker AND nutribullet drink mixer. All the beds were very comfortable and had their own smart TV. And the two bathrooms and washer/dryer made it so convenient. The location couldn’t be much better, easy transport to the Canyons and right across the street from pools/hot tub. A great place to spend a week in Park City and responsive owner- highly recommended and thanks again for a great stay.

Updated Cute Condo

The layout is a little weird. Upstairs there is a loft with Wood shutters instead of being open. On the left of the loft is a bedroom with no windows but very nicely appointed. The beds in the master and the upstairs separate bedroom were VERY comfortable. The living and kitchen area are really cute and obviously has been updated. We had a problem with the upstairs bathroom shower not draining. The owner tried to get someone to look at it but they never showed up. So…we had 4 women in a condo with 1 shower. Not ideal. We did however enjoy our stay. It wasn’t as close to the open air gondola as expected.

Bring on the snow

We had over 2’ of new snow during our stay making for a great winter experience for our family. The location was perfect for access to the Park City slopes but not crowded like the resort area lodgings. We traveled to other areas for skiing and snowmobiling - leaving from and returning to the condo was a breeze. Great time and memories for our family leading up to the new year.

Great family condo.

I have skied in Park City before, but this was the first time I stayed in Canyons. The Condo was perfect for a family and the Canyon's Village Express Van pick you up within minutes at the condo and dropped you off at the ski lifts. The hot tub and pool were steps away and the owner was attentive to all our needs.

What a great ski week in PC! Location is perfect. Clubhouse is directly across the street and condo is a short walk and/or drive to the cabriolet. Jeff was quick to answer questions and assist when needed. Would definitely consider a trip back!

Overall the property was as described. It was very spacious, and offered privacy for both couples. The location wasn’t quite as close to the life/gondola as expected. The fireplace wasn’t working which was disappointing but the owner/manager was very responsive and accommodating to our needs.

Family Ski Trip

The property was in a great location, easy to get to the various ski resorts in the area, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking items to make your stay comfortable. Layout of the upstairs with the small extra room was perfect for our family.
