Nuestro recientemente renovado condominio con vista al mar en un complejo familiar de Myrtle Beach es perfecto para organizar sus vacaciones o una excursión de golf. El condominio de 3 camas y 2 baños duerme cómodamente a 12 adultos y tiene una cocina totalmente equipada. Con estos servicios de alta gama en el lugar, nunca saldrá del complejo: piscina exterior frente al mar sin entrada, río lento y área de juegos infantiles, piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzis, gimnasio, restaurantes y tienda de conveniencia. ¡Planifique su viaje ahora antes de que se reserve esta joya de condominio!

La proximidad a la playa junto con las mejoras y las comodidades del complejo hacen de este condominio una joya asequible donde se pueden crear recuerdos invaluables.

The location was very close to you the convention center, which was where we were going to spend the bulk of our activities. Access to the beach is super simple. The indoor pool is heavily chlorinated and extremely loud. The balconies off the indoor pool were all closed. The condo itself was clean and livable.

Applied a cleaning fee after telling the group that cleaning wasnt necessary from us. We stilled cleaned some and got told it wasnt enough. Terrible. When asked about it, no response was given.

We strive to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable experience and maintain consistently high standards for our property. While routine departure cleaning is included in our standard cleaning fee, this reservation required substantial additional remediation beyond normal turnover expectations, including excessive sand throughout the unit, excessive trash removal, and stained linens/towels requiring replacement. No concerns or complaints about the property were reported during the stay, and we provided supporting documentation regarding the additional post-stay cleaning charges. We encourage future guests to review our many positive reviews, which reflect the experience we work hard to provide.

We rode bikes from Ohio only to find out that no bikes were allowed to park in the garage. Had to buy a pass for 50 to park at the meters on the street. This should have been disclosed when booking. The condo was not very clean. There was dust under tables, around baseboards, on furniture etc......my boyfriend got a piece of glass in his hand from a cracked glass in the cupboard. Unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback. The property is subject to HOA parking rules that limit onsite parking to standard passenger vehicles and prohibit motorcycles on the property. We were not informed prior to arrival that your group would be traveling by motorcycle, and would have gladly discussed the parking restrictions had we known. We are also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding cleanliness and the damaged glass. Great space!

This is a well maintained condo that has lots of space. We were a group of 6 adults and felt very comfortable. Great location to beach and restaurants . Owners were wonderful with communication!

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable. Had 5 women staying and there was plenty of seating in the home and in the balcony. Garage parking was easy access to the room.

Nice place, ideal location. Steps away from the beach, short walk from many stores and restaurants. The rental was clean and had plenty of space for all 10 of us. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. Beds were comfy and big enough for two people. Very convenient having a washer and dryer available in the rental. Would stay again :)

All was fine. I thought after reading reviews from months ago about the toilet not working properly in the master br it might be fixed by now, but it wasn't. Otherwise, no complaints. Hosts were very nice and responsive. I really liked the location, easy access to the beach.

Over the years, we’ve traveled to beaches all over the country, but there’s just something special about Myrtle Beach: 60 miles of beautiful white sand, a relaxed coastal atmosphere, warm summer water, incredible sunrises, great restaurants, and a fun, family-friendly vibe. We love coming here to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the ocean, and we hope you’ll love it here too.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We absolutely love this location. The beach is only about a one-minute walk away, and the ocean view from the balcony is one of our favorite parts of staying here.

The Sand Dunes Resort offers great amenities for both couples and families, including oceanfront lounge areas, pools, a lazy river, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, onsite dining, and the popular oceanfront Salt & Lime restaurant.

Another reason we chose this area is that it offers a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere compared to the busy downtown boardwalk and main pier area, while still being only minutes away from some of the best restaurants, shopping, golf, and attractions in Myrtle Beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of our favorite things about the condo is the ocean view and private balcony. Being on the 6th floor gives you a great perspective of the beach while still being quick and easy to access by elevator or stairs.

We also like that the parking garage only goes up to the 5th floor, so there are no units directly underneath us, which helps keep the condo quieter and more private.

Most importantly, we work hard to keep the condo clean, comfortable, and welcoming so guests can truly relax and enjoy their stay at the beach.
