Nuestros 2 pisos Un marco más Además hogar fue construido en 1967 y renovado en el 2006, pero le sigue tiene algunas de grooviness de su 1960 (que es una palabra). La propiedad se alza sobre una colina con vistas de 180 grados de las praderas y, serpenteando arroyo abajo y las colinas cercanas que se conviertan en las montañas Catskill de barrido. 160 acres de tierra que formaban parte anteriormente del compuesto pero ahora donados como siempre silvestres, que no querrán salir de los terrenos y su mascota buen comportamiento ciertamente no lo hará. Completamente equipado, cocina abierta con comedor (asientos 8), mesa de billar, equipos de música 2Bose Ipod, jacuzzi, 50'Plasma, etc., etc.
Onsite podrá disfrutar de la amplia terraza con su 6 persona construido en jacuzzi bañera de hidromasaje y una casi nueva de gran tamaño parrilla de gas Weber. Una mesa de comedor exterior tallado en piedra azul, así como sofás batientes, mecedoras y sillas Adirondack con reposapiés completa el cuadro. También tenemos un columpio niño en un árbol cercano, así como un sillón de descanso

Ski trip

A rustic spot. Hot tub could have been freshened up but the kids still got in. Overall stay was a positive experience.

Disappointing

One of the only reasons we chose to stay here and not our usual place we book for ski vacations was because it offered a hot tub which was broken the entire stay and host just kept sending someone and explaining to me process to fix it. In addition, we had small children and my mother who is older staying with us we were concerned there was a missing spindle from upstairs where kids discovered and became a hazard for entire stay as well as not having a handrail on steps. I wish it was disclosed as not suitable for children under 7 as other properties do. The “4th bedroom” was a bed in the open loft area no privacy and finally the cleanliness was very disappointing, very dusty floors carpets not vacuumed with dead flies on them sticky handles etc sinks and toilets not properly disinfecting among other issues

Not maintaining

The property wasn’t maintained well. There were bugs in the bathroom and some of the lights in the house were not working. When I called the owner he was very rude and said I am on a vacation and I do not want to be disturbed. Deal with your problems. Not worth the money.

Gorgeous house!

The house and area are gorgeous. We had a fantastic stay and no significant issues. We wish there had been some fans and some better supplies in the kitchen (example: we were told there was a blender, but all that was there was a broken food processor), but those were our only issues. The beds were comfy, everything was in working order otherwise, and the deck was absolutely awesome with the hot tub and the view. Cheers!

Lovely place, lovely host

The house is secluded, sweet and quirky, with a gorgeous view. It snowed much of the time we were there, which wasn't exactly the plan (for spring break), but sitting in the hot tub while it snowed on us was juuuust fiiiine. The host was super responsive when we had questions or needed anything, and has included great details in the welcome info re: directions and local food shopping. Would definitely go back!

Cozy and quiet

The house is really cute and in a beautiful area. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck. The kitchen, grills and bathrooms could be a lot cleaner but otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed our time there.

Exactly what you need for a rustic adventure in the Catskills

I've been here twice now, both times with groups of 5-7 adults. Both visits were great. I wouldn't say that the property is pristine, but it is totally adequate for a good old time in mountain country. Everything worked in the kitchen and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The pool table is a bit run down. The spa worked well and was a nice perk. Great deck with a wonderful view (location is magical). Easy check-in and check-out. Definitely some quirks, but the price is right.

Perfection.

My family and I arrived for the weekend of the 4th and were completely in awe w/ the beauty of the property. The view of the mountain is absolutely stunning and the house is fantastic. Very spacious, very comfortable, and it has all the amenities you would need for a fun getaway. The hot tub was great, the pool table was great, the WiFi was great, the beds were great, everything was great. Todd was a pleasure to deal with as well. He was prompt to respond to all of our inquiries. We had so much fun we opted to rent it another night and Todd was gracious enough to accommodate us. My only regret is that we didn’t rent it for the entire weekend/week to begin with. If he’ll have us back we will definitely rent it again regularly in the future. I genuinely can not recommend it more. It was a wonderful trip.

Perfect for our group

A group of friends and I booked this house for a getaway weekend and had an incredible time. The house is secluded and the property is beautiful. Though we left a couple of times to take hikes, you could easily spend an entire weekend on the property without leaving. We loved the hot tub and really enjoyed seeing the leaves change during the day and stargazing at night. The large table on the back deck was also a very nice touch. There was ample space for our group, and everybody felt comfortable. The kitchen was also big enough to cook for a group of people. I would stay here again with a group of friends and would also recommend this house to others that are looking for a weekend in the woods.

Getaway

With all going on , cov19, the election, and the economy , I’m learning not to sweat the small stuff. So appreciated spending time with family in a very relaxing place. My worse thing was not getting to play monopoly. lol So many games to choose from. My family really enjoy the hot tub. Fire pit and fire place and the changing of the leaves right in front of our eyes. Thanks to the owner, has to be very hard with all different type of people coming and going. Hope to be back, thanks again R&R by all.

The Price is not right

Ok we're to start, first the pics, they are not updated, the main reason I booked this place was for the sunkin hot tub as my wife is in a wheelchair. Well that was not there. As for the place, well they use the word "Rustic" I use neglected there are holes in screens, holes in the blinds, and missing screws holding the deck boards down. The worst was the wasp infestation threw out the front of the A frame on the deck. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work and was covered in dirt. As for the beds, one did not even have a mattress,it was a piece of foam and a eggcrate type of foam on top. The screen door onto the deck was not able to be used because it was just a screen and no door, if left open the wasps would come in, As for the property management, I asked before we went if there would be firewood and was told yes, so when we got there.. about one nights worth. When I asked about this I was told wood will be delivered, well that never happened, I was also told the person delivering the wood can take care of the wasp issue, I was also told I could do it myself if I wanted!!! Well after two daysand still no wood Todd told me I could go pick some up from the guy that never showed up. If I was told there would not be wood I would have brought some from home😖 The Stove only had Three burners working, The gas grill would not light without tossing in matches and hoping. I spent a good amount of time tighten up door handles and hinges. One More MAJOR RED FLAG, not one smoke detector in the house nor any Co2 sectors either, not sure how they got a rental permit. The outside chairs have seen better days, the Kids Swing was filthy. This might have been better if at least one of the issues was properly addressed instead of empty promises, or a go do it yourself response.

Broken Down House in Fleischmanns, NY

We rented this property from 8/30-9/05 and cut our stay short. Reviews from prior visitors disclosed a number of mentions of "the house is rustic". That was a gross understatement. The house was NOT as described and in a great deal of disrepair. Issues were: Bathroom 1 of 2 had VERY low water pressure and the showerhead is not secured properly. In that same bathroom, the window does not have a crank and did not close. Bathroom 2 of 2 had slightly better water pressure, but not much better One of the burners on the stove was not working The locks on the doors were not working which did not allow us to lock the doors at night. The blinds did not close or open The cleaning staff did not do a proper job; there were clothes left in the dryer and beer cans in two of the rooms There are many other things that were in disrepair ... too numerous to mention When I reached out to the owner detailing the issues, he responded quite flippantly, deflecting the issues and essentially telling us to 'breathe the nice country air and that this was not a luxury hotel'. We did not expect a luxury hotel but I do believe working showers is a basic amenity. I wrote back asking for us to work together to remedy the situation and he chose not to reply. Upon reaching out to VRBO and sending them photos, they offered to cover the cost of a hotel for two nights because of the safety issues. We chose to leave a day early instead. Final words...Do NOT stay here!

Rustic

The property was cool. It was definitely rustic. My only issue was checkout as we were initially told check out was at 2PM (details in the booking) and on the last day of our stay we were told we had to leave by 11AM. He let us stay until 11:30AM however, If it was communicated at booking or when we arrived that it was changed then it would have been okay. We just had to rush that morning with kids.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Catskills! The outdoor space is amazing--hot tub, fire pit, deck to lounge on, grill! It's also close to some great hiking. The house is a bit rustic, but it suited us just fine.

Gorgeous property and views of the mountains. Owner was very nice and responsive and house had paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Plenty of room for kids to run around and quiet, safe street. Loved it!

Rustic, cozy and remote

I rented this house with my family of 5 adults and 3 children age 6 -8 over the week between Christmas through New Years. We all had different opinions of the property so I will list the the pros and cons. Overall I really enjoyed this cabin, it’s not a luxurious, but is very cozy and private. The house is very unique Aframe with a great view and a new hot tub that worked great. It is also very close to Bellaerye ski slopes. The house sits on a hill and the kids enjoyed sledding after it snowed. The heaters worked well but smelled of kerosine. The fireplace was very nice but when the wind picked up smoke filled the house a couple times. the house does need some Maintainence which bothered my wife - little things like broken dresser, broken window upstairs and some parts of the deck railing is falling off as well pots and pans were in pretty bad shape but usable. One of the middle sliding doors did not lock in the downstairs bedroom. 2 of the beds were pretty hard while the other 2 beds had double very soft mattress toppers that were very comfortable. there were plenty of blankets and towels and a fun pool table. There was no firewood when we arrived and we contacted Todd who was able to order some, but it’s slow country so it took a few days. There is a small country store close by and we were able to buy firewood and basic needs, 25 minutes alway was a full grocery. This was too remote and rustic for my wife but as a guy, this was a great spot and I would come here again if she lets me.

I fell in love with the area while visiting my friend who owns the adjoining 300 acre property. One time up here and I was hooked. It has been a weekend retreat from NYC for me and now my family and since we travel for most of the year it is now a retreat for everyone. Enjoy the water, air and nature for me when I cant.

Few places can you drink the water and have it compare to bottled water. Our water is bottled and shipped state wide , its that good!
