It has a laundry room on the ground floor. On the first floor we find the living rooms: a large living room with fireplace, a large independent kitchen with fireplace also, a dining room equipped with a large table with also a fireplace and a snooker with two back rooms (office and den ). On the second floor are the 4 bedrooms (one of which is a row), each with a bathroom and a master suite with a bathtub.
Outside, you have two terraces, a large wooded park, a swimming pool and a tennis court. This superb property is a wonderful place for an ideal vacation.
Easy to access thanks to the proximity of two airports Toulouse (1 hour 30 minutes) and Bordeaux (2 hours) as well as the A20 motorway (1 hour), Saint-Laurent-Lolmie is a wonderfully located village. 10 minutes away is Lauzerte. Medieval city dominating since the 12th century the generous valleys of the Petite Barguelonne and Lendou, it is an essential tourist stopover and a holiday resort. Lauzerte is also a stopover on the paths of Santiago de Compostela. 20 minutes away is Cahors. City of art and history with the Valentré bridge listed as World Heritage by UNESCO at the Saint-Etienne cathedral with its cloister, Cahors is the first city in the Lot to combine a southern atmosphere with historic wealth. Many villages and tourist sites are also to be discovered: - Lalbenque known for its black Quercy Truffle and its renowned Truffle market - Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, an eternal perched jewel, is a medieval village clinging to a rock above the Lot river has a crazy charm with its stalls, restaurants and cafes sheltering from the sun in the shade of the ogival doors while that the site strikes with its overall harmony which earned it the title of preferred French village in 2012. - The Dordogne valley with the Padirac chasm (the most famous in Europe, considered one of the greatest geological curiosities of France, with its boat ride on the underground river which offers breathtaking sculptures) , Rocamadour (sacred city, clinging to the cliff in a superposition of houses with the castle, the Saint-Sauveur basilica and the crypt of Saint-Amadour), Collonges-la-Rouge (offering an original and unusual spectacle, both by flamboyance of its stones only by the richness of its heritage) and without forgetting Pech-Merle one of the most beautiful prehistoric caves with authentic paintings over 20,000 years old. - The Château des Milandes, Joséphine Baker's castle, is converted into a museum retracing the different stages of his life between his stage dresses, his bedroom, his bathrooms, or the evocation of his engagement during the war. You can also enjoy a magnificent walk in the French gardens with its multiple multicolored flowers without forgetting the spectacle of raptors where owls, owls and hawks fly over the castle.
