TI'KÉOL 10 - Beautiful renovated apartment in residence with swimming pool

Welcome to the heart of the Caribbean!

Just a few minutes' walk from the village of Saint Anne and its beaches, just 10 minutes by car from the Salines beach - known as one of the most beautiful in the Lesser Antilles - the Ti'Kéol residence awaits you in its lush greenery!

Put your suitcases in your apartment:
a large studio with double bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom, all renovated in late 2019.
And because Martinique is lived above all outside, your bay window opens onto a private terrace facing the residence's gardens.

Housing

The apartment has air conditioning. It has wifi and a TV with TNT channels. You will also find everything you may need during your stay (kitchen utensils, coffee maker, microwave ...).

The storage space provided will allow you to settle in comfortably and to really feel at home.

A travel cot is available for the little ones (with a thick mattress). If you have the rest of the equipment, baby is obviously welcome with us!

End of stay cleaning is included in the booking price. It is carried out without chemical detergents, only based on ecological products.

The residence

In our endemic plants gardens, you can admire hummingbirds and perhaps come across a manicou on the go! And to relax after a good day's excursion, let yourself slide into the swimming pool.

Even if Martinique is a particularly quiet island, the residence is completely secure with its code gate. A parking lot reserved for the residence allows you to park as close as possible.
