Welcome to The Creek House at Cabins on the Square — a family-friendly log cabin on spring-fed Cypress Creek, just steps from downtown Wimberley. 1,188 sq ft across two levels, two bedrooms plus loft, sleeps 7.

The Creek House blends classic Hill Country log cabin character with modern comfort in a walkable downtown location. Park once and enjoy the Square on foot — restaurants, wine bars, art galleries, and shops are a 3-minute walk away. Return home to direct Cypress Creek access, the porch, and the outdoor grill.

Perfection in the heart of Wimberley!

If you are considering a visit to Wimberley TX do yourself a favor and stay at the Cabins on the square. The location cannot be beat with easy access to downtown Wimberley, VIP reserved parking, and beautiful Cypress creek in the backyard. This was one of the most clean vacation rentals we have stayed in and communication with the hosts was a breeze. We cannot wait to go back!

The Main Cabin is gorgeous and comfortable. We loved the location on Main Street. It was close to shops and restaurants! The areas to sit on the property were so relaxing and a great place to chat. Perfect Cabin Retreat

We loved our time at this cute cabin! It is very clean and well cared for. The property managers were very easy to work with and answered my questions promptly. This property was absolutely beautiful and picture of perfect! Beds were comfy everything was clean! Only things that were MINOR inconveniences is the bunk bed was pretty wobbly and we wished all the windows had coverings. We will be back!

Great cabin and great location.

We atayed at the Main House. We loved the coziness of the cabin. Everything was great. We were just bummed about not being able to use the fire place, however the fire pit outside made up for it. The cabin was well furnished and very clean. The yard had plenty of shared seating spaces and access to the creek The location was awesome, it was in walking distance of everything in the square. We will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect Weekend Family Getaway

This cabin was the perfect getaway for our family of four. Seamless checkin/out process with zero issues. We especially enjoyed the walking proximity to all the Wimberley shops and restaurants. The cabin itself has a terrific interior feel to it while being stocked with games and modern amenities. I loved the outdoor space as well. The Cypress Creek was directly behind the shared patio area, but was a bit low due to current drought conditions in the area. Nonetheless, there are plenty of swimming holes and local areas to float just a short drive away. Five star experience, hope to be back someday!
