Great location. Needs to be painted and undated. I would advise other new customers to bring their own toilet paper. The paper supplied is bad quality.

Very comfortable condo, convenient location with stores/restaurants in walking distance. The ocean is not visible from the first floor due to sand dunes, but beach access is less than a one minute walk away. Would happily stay here again.

Great time

It was a nice little place to have a beach weekend with my family. Will definitely try for this place again next year but a longer stay. They provided almost everything we needed for the weekend. Super easy to get to the beach and back which is great with two younger kids. Within walking of a bunch of shops and restaurants too!

Overall the condo was good…. The living room furniture could be upgraded or maybe get throw covers for them. The floors could have been a little cleaner but overall weren’t horrible bad. No outside light for the balcony that we could find.

This is a great location to access the beach! Nice little porch off the back with a gate. Dunkin donuts, one u-turn away. A short drive to the boardwalk.

Great price for a short stay

This cozy little space was a little run down, but you cannot beat it for the price. There was 5 of us, including the little toddler. We all managed well, I do recommend bringing some basic cleaning supplies for the floor.

Nice place for a beach lovers. Very easy access to the beach. 24 hour Dennys up the street @ 61st for early risers. 1st floor is convenient but there is no view of ocean.

Okay unit for the price

Oceanfront building location is great. View of dune is clearly disclosed ahead of time. WiFi and cable package could use improvement. Barely has a WiFi signal and cable package only had a handful of channels. One bed was extremely loud and creaky. Kitchen chairs did not feel sturdy. Overall okay place to stay for the price point.

Great condo, great location

Great condo for a couple or small group. Well kept, and in a great spot that's barely a minute away from the beach. Your view of the ocean is blocked on the first floor, but being able to step out your back door and practically be at the beach makes up for it. Very minor complaint, but the roku tv in the living room wouldn't connect to the wifi. Besides that, everything else was great.

Nice but little run down.

Great back patio. Air conditioning tv and Wi-Fi good. No extra trash liners. Had to buy new pan to cook with. Little run down for what i paid including booking fees cleaning fees and taxes.

Everything was great except the outside showers were not working to rinse the sand off.

Came in and room was clean. Smelled like bleach but I appreciated that with the virus out there! The kitchen could use some plastic cups. Everything else was great!

We did not receive a “welcome kit” with things we may need such as trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, or paper towels. The WiFi did not work as instructed. There were also flies in the apartment when we arrived.

To clarify, our homes come stocked with a starter supply of essentials such as one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag in each receptacle, a few pods of laundry soap, and dish soap. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. I wish you communicated all the problems while you were staying at our place so we could've sent our local team to address them and make things more comfortable for you. I regret that we didn’t fully meet your expectations this time. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience in the future.
