About this property

Villa by the sea.

We are happy to offer you our family home for relaxed summer, in a very quiet area and ideally located for carefree and wonderful holidays, 800 m from the port and the medieval market and 300 m from the beach.

On one level the house welcomes you in its beautiful and bright living room of 50 m2 which opens onto the garden with lawn and its 8 x 4 swimming pool (depth: from 1.10 to 1.80 m, equipped with an alarm, unheated )
The orientation is SOUTH.

The master suite includes a 160 x 200 bed facing the rising sun with a view of the swimming pool.
The other 2 bedrooms with 140 x 200 bed and the bathroom overlook the courtyard on the east side
The kitchen opens onto a summer veranda with its gas plancha.

You have 5 deckchairs on the terrace and a garden furniture.

On the courtyard side, the electric gate with its gate opening by digital code for bicycle and pedestrian passage ensures tranquility.

Perfect location for beachy holiday

Very pretty house in excellent location for exploring Il De Ré. House is so much nicer and better appointed than it appears in the photographs and the pool and garden are gorgeous.

Perfect holiday in La Flotte

Beautiful property perfectly located for a relaxing holiday in La Flotte and to discover the whole island. It was well equipped with everything you need and more ! The rooms are all a great size and the pool was brilliant. I recommend without hesitation !

Wonderful peaceful and relaxing house.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this beautiful holiday home - spacious, well equipped, peaceful and excellent location near the village and beach alike. Added bonus of a pool with plenty of room around it and space to park the car and bikes. It was a fabulous place to relax and refresh. We have been to La Flotte on numerous occasions and this is the best place we have stayed in. Owner very friendly and helpful from booking all through to departure.

Second stay at property

We had another lovely holiday at this house La Flotte. The garden and pool are perfect and the house had everything we needed for a self-catering week. The location is ideal just a very short walk (even shorter cycle!) from the beach and from the centre of La Flotte. Valerie is also a charming host!

Lovely house in a great location

This is not your average holiday let, the owners live in it year round and just vacate for the summer months, consequently everything you could ever need is in the house which is fitted out to a very high standard and feels very homely. The house is in a quiet, traffic free area and just a short walk from the centre of La Flotte. This is our Fourth stay on the island and the best one yet😀

I think the property could do with some sun lounges - everything else was great Also all the bedrooms only had shelf space - no hanging space for clothes which was weird as the owners clothes I assume were in the hanging spaces which were locked Overall great place just some small improvements could be made Thanks Jason

Jolie et agréable maison de vacances

Deux semaines très agréables passées en famille dans cette maison confortable et très bien située. On s’y est tout de suite senti bien. La cour permettant de garer sa voiture et les vélos est très pratique. Le jardin est beau et bien entretenu. La plancha est profitable ainsi que la piscine. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille ici ainsi que nos enfants.

Bonjour Oliver, effectivement notre maison reste authentique et pleine de vie, c’est l’effet voulu. Concernant la lumière de la piscine un dispositif sera mis en place pour permettre aux locataires d’allumer la piscine à leur guise. Le matériel d’entretient n’est pas à disposition pour des raisons techniques et de sécurité. De plus, la pelouse est entretenue pendant le séjour des locataires en accord avec leur programme. Pour finir, la caution est conservée 15jours puis détruite à l’issus de cette période. Au clair de vous revoir chez nous !
