Explore the Dordogne valley by staying in this completely renovated former tobacco dryer, a stone's throw from the Dordogne river. On the ground floor an equipped kitchen with a dining area; a large living room with fireplace, access to a terrace with views of the surrounding cliffs; pantry, bathroom with walk-in shower and wc. Upstairs three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, two other bedrooms with a 140 bed. Relaxation area, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate wc. Outside shaded ground with games for children, pétanque ground with lighting, picnic table, gas plancha available. Public beach 200 meters away. Near Sarlat Rocamadour Padirac. Many marked hiking trails.

Logement top, propriétaires adorables

Super semaine de vacances dans un logement très propre, parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Nous aurions pu rester toute la semaine dans le logement en profitant de la terrasse, du terrain de pétanque, des chaises longues et de la plancha mais tellement de choses à faire et à visiter à proximité (Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Sarlat, Canoë, etc...). Une semaine ne suffit pas. Un immense merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité pour leurs hôtes. Nous recommandons à 300% cette location.

Excellent hébergement idéalement situé

L’hébergement est spacieux, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé (proche des lieux touristiques tels Padirac et Rocamdour). Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis et avons pu profiter du terrain de pétanque, des chaises longues… Le jardin est très agréable, l’environnement est calme, nous y reviendrons. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le gite de Patricia. Il est spacieux et très bien aménagé pour les familles, y compris avec de jeunes enfants (pot, marchepied pour les lavabos, baignoire bébé, chaise bébé). Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison et dans cette région. Que ce soit l’emplacement, les propriétaires ou le bien en lui même nous regrettons pas une seconde notre choix. Le logement était spacieux, d’une superbe propreté et avec beaucoup de services associés très utiles pour passer un bon moment entre amis (boulodrome, équipements sportifs, plancha…..). Très belle propriété, grande, propre et bien équipée. Le jardin agréable, boules de pétanque (et boulodrome) et molki à disposition ! Les sites touristiques intéressants dans les environs sont nombreux et les possibilités de ballades aussi. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
