Welcome to this spacious four-room apartment for 6 people of 93 mÂČ.



Its south-facing terrace offers you a unique panoramic view of the sea, the Listel vineyard as well as the Thau Basin.



The kitchen is equipped with 3 ceramic hob plates, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.



On the night side, 3 beautiful bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).

Vue splendide sur la mer et l'Ă©tang de Thau L'accĂšs pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite est Ă  discuter avec le conseil syndical... MalgrĂ© la carte d'invalide, j'ai Ă©tĂ© embĂȘtĂ©e par une chaĂźne placĂ©e en pleine cĂŽte pour Ă©viter que les voitures ne montent se garer sur les places handicapĂ©s! Et si j'avais Ă©tĂ© en fauteuil roulant comment aurais-je pu descendre et monter de ma voiture pour enlever et remettre cette maudite cette chaine?

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la vue et la piscine et la ville de SĂšte. Par contre niveau propretĂ©, nous avons constatĂ© que certains ustensiles de cuisine n'Ă©taient pas propre. Le lave linge faisait un bruit monstrueux, il a mĂȘme bougĂ©. Nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de ne plus l'utiliser. Dommage car cela Ă©tait compris dans le prix de la location. Il y avait en plus le bouton de la chasse d'eau mal fixĂ©. la prise murale dans la salle de bain non fixĂ©e Ă©galement. En tant que client, on s'attend Ă  ce que tout soit en bon Ă©tat.

Quel dommage !!!

L'appartement (s'il avait Ă©tĂ© en Ă©tat ), l'environnement, la vue sont fort apprĂ©ciables. Mais l'agence n'a procĂ©dĂ© Ă  aucun mĂ©nage depuis ... longtemps, c'Ă©tait d'une saletĂ© repoussante, nous avons passĂ© toute la soirĂ©e Ă  nettoyer au minimum ! Aucun Ă©tat des lieux en prĂ©sence d'une personne de l'agence alors que beaucoup de choses sont cassĂ©es ( WC : fuite, plaque de cuisson : fĂȘlĂ©e, cassĂ©e ), et d'autres trĂšs endommagĂ©es ou manquantes ( alarme incendie ... ). Bref je ne recommande absolument pas malgrĂ© un appartement qui a un beau potentiel ( espace, vue, calme, belle piscine ) mais qui n'est pas gĂ©rĂ©.
