This beautiful apartment is located in the center of Split on the most popular beach Žnjan. The old town center and the world famous Diocletian's Palace are only a 15-minute walk away. Your safety is guaranteed by video surveillance (security camera at the entrance), security doors . During the whole stay our guests have free access to wirless internet (Wi-Fi), a wide range of satellite TV programs and cell phone, that you can always be in contact with the host. Depending on your interests and wishes, during your stay in Split we can also organize various one-day trips for you (visits to nearby national parks and islands, rafting tours, hiking and mountain climbing tours, mountain cycling trips, paintball, Harley-Davidson drives etc.) We provide our guests with airport transfer services and can organize all other necessary services upon request. Marina and team were exceptional

We loved our stay at this apartment. Marina and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. The location is a bit from the Old town but other than that it’s perfect!

Great stay in Split!

We had a great stay at this apartment! Best place we stayed in in Croatia by far! Marina and her sister were gracious hosts and went above and beyond! The apartment is located on the beach as well with an amazing balcony space. PERFECT!

Lovely holiday apartment

Family of six enjoyed a lovely stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped and just across the road from the beach with wonderful views. Our host Mirjana was very friendly and helpful in arranging airport transfer and offering suggestions about local activities and places to eat. There is a Tommy supermarket just a short walk from the apartment. Use of the nearby Radisson hotel facilities was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. The only downside, which is absolutely no reflection on our hosts or the apartment, was that they have just started construction works on the beachfront so most of the beach bars and restaurants were temporarily closed (2023). However we were not affected by any noise from the works.

Very Enjoyable

Six of us stayed, apartment was spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the balcony with the view of the beach. Mirjana was a special host, very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment!

We loved our stay here! It is a very comfortable home- and the owner Mirjana is so sweet and nice. She is truly looking to make you happy and is there for you! We loved our visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone especially for families!! Beautiful home and great location! Having access to the radisson but being in your own home was beat of both worlds! Highly recommend!!

Great stay in a wonderful condo near the beach!

The well located, perfectly sparkling clean, spacious condo with 2(!) decks, full kitchen and 2 full baths made for a perfect stay with girlfriends in Split. To top it all off, Marina was a wonderful, attentive and accessible host!

Spectacular Apartment!

What a wonderful host Marina is...we appreciate all the help and suggestions you provided us for our stay in your beautiful city! The apartment felt like home and the welcome gifts were a very nice touch after a long travel day. Sitting out on the deck enjoying the views of the sea were amazing! We would recommend anyone who is visiting Croatia to add Split and Marina's apartment to your travel plans! We love you Marina!

Perfect apartment & amazing host!

There were 7 of us that stayed in this lovely apartment at the end of October. It had everything that we needed and more. Mariana was brilliant. She organised transfers to and from the airport for us and met us at the apartment when we arrived. She was easy to contact while we were there and advised about restaurants and days out. She even provided a mobile phone for us to contact her. The weather wasn’t great for a couple of days so the passes to the Radisson Blu spa and pool were great, particularly for the children. The old town of Split is about 30 mins walk but taxis are cheap. A visit to Krka National Park is a must - stunning waterfalls! We had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very clean and excellent location

Mariana was a fabulous host and went out of her way to help us plan the best excursion to the Hvar and other islands. She brought food for us one night and helped us with everything we could think of asking! The house is perfectly located and you could spend a week at he beatiful beach. Extremely kid friendly location and convenient to Old Town, a supermarket and amenities at Radisson Blu. I would most def stay here again.

Perfect location and amazing service

The hosts thought of everything and even cleaned up for us mid week. The highlight of the stay was a local Croatian meal that Mariana brought directly to the house. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay in lovely home outside of Split!

Marina was an amazing host!! She was very prompt with responses and quickly answered any questions we had during our stay. The home was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The two local mobile phones were an outstanding benefit that came in handy. The numbers for key contacts were all ready added. The taxi service arranged by Marina was incredible!!! We will be back for sure.

Amazing!

6 of us stayed in the apartment at the end of September! Lovely apartment, very clean, modern and spacious. Marijana met us at midday at the apartment and although it wasn't ready she let us put all of our suitcases in one room and get changed so we could head to the beach. We were given 2 Croatian phones with money on so we could call taxis or call her if needed. Marijana also arranged taxi transfers to the airport and advised us on great places to go. The apartment is situated in a lovely area in Split walking distance to the beach (small pebble beach, plenty of beach bars for food and drink throughout the day and sun loungers are free if You buy a drink) The old town of Split is walking distance approx 40 minutes but a lovely coastal path. If your not keen on walking taxis are cheap and the bus stop is very close by. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment. :)

Great Apartment, good location

We stayed in this apartment at the beginning of June. The apartment is approx. 15 mins on the bus outside of the centre of Split. It is across the road from a very nice beach with some great beach bars. Apparently it is approx. 35 mins walking distance to Split along the promenade but we never actually walked. There is a bus stop outside the supermarket approx. 100 metres from the apartment, the number 15 bus, it does seem to go the long way round, otherwise there is the number 8 bus which is much quicker however, you have to walk quite a way up a steep hill to get the number 8. Its very cheap 11 kuna to the centre of Split. There is also a cashpoint at the supermarket. Marijana who met us on arrival, was great, she provided up with some drinks on arrival, wine, beer etc in the fridge, 2 mobile phones to use so we didn't have to pay using our own ones. She also very kindly made us some fantastic pancakes one day, which last us for days and were delicious. She were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment itself is very modern and well equipped, with the exception there was no kettle, so we had to boil water in a pan, but that was no hardship. Otherwise, there was everything you needed. The apartment itself, although very modern, does have lots of ornaments everywhere, which makes it feel older in style and cluttered, but if you overlook these its a great place. There are 2 big balconies to enjoy the sun and for relaxing/eating etc... Taxi from centre Split to apartment was approx. 60-70 Kuna. I would definitely recommend this apartment, extremely clean, modern and well looked after.

AMAZING!!!!

The photos do not do this place justice! Amazing kitchen, living room, spacious and comfortable beds, as well as jet powered showers. Although about a 25 minute walk from old town split, this place is ideally located about 50m away from the beach, which has plenty of bars, places to eat and a supermarket. Marina was amazing, as a group of 9 male young adults, to have a few cans of beer and a bottle of wine upon arrival was incredible! Furthermore, there were 2 Croatian phones which were topped up and ready for us to use, which was ideal. We had so much information from Marina, which was very useful and she sorted taxi's from the harbour and to the airport which was a massive help for us. The only thing I was shocked by is that this place wasn't more expensive! We couldn't have asked for a better location, or a better host. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Good location, great hosts

The location is just far enough from the city center to be quiet at night but is only a 35 minute walk or short cab ride away. Parking was easy, even for a full sized van. There's a bus stop and a grocery store less than a block away. The hosts are very friendly and easy to work with. They provided "burner" cell phones for local use, a fantastic touch that I've not had with any other property. We would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

“Exactly what we desired!”

This apartment very much lives up to the photos shown on here, and is actually a lot bigger than expected. The views from both balcony's is absolutely fantastic, cooking area,living room and bedrooms are all excellent. The host, is incredibly welcoming, and a wonderful source of information and advice on the local area. On arrival,she had put up a travel cot for our toddler, stocked the fridge with essentials, and put together a cold meat and cheese platter for dinner as well as a bottle of wine. This is simply above and beyond for a long time.what would be expected and was great after a long day traveling. Thanks again to Marina and her family for an amazing holiday we won't forget

Great Location, Extremely Friendly and Helpful!!!

I was particularly impressed with how helpful and friendly the owners/ managers were which made the stay a lot more enjoyable. The apartment were brand new and close to some amazing beach locations. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Split, but still wanting access to beautiful beaches.
