Single storey house, on a pretty wooded lot, fenced and secure, with swimming pool facing due South. Very quiet, residential area, 300m from the coast, the salt meadows and cycle paths. All shops (bakery, restaurants ...) within 1km. Dune du Pyla and ocean beaches at 10kms. Downtown Arcachon at 4kms and La teste at 1.5kms. Oyster port and oyster cabins at 800m.
Large living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine, pantry, living room, dining room and small winter lounge, with 2 outdoor terraces. Capacity for 4 to 8 people - covered and secure carport - 7 x 3.5 swimming pool, with terrace for sunbathing - new fully equipped kitchen - free wifi - board games - table tennis table etc.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Hausherr hat sich innen und außen sehr viele Gedanken gemacht und toll umgesetzt. Alles ausreichend vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist super schön angelegt. Der Pool ist toll. Garage für den Wagen super an heißen Tagen.Alles in allem ein tolles und sehr zu empfehlendes Objekt. Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise völlig unkompliziert. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Agréable maison de vacances

Propriétaire aux petits soins pour accueillir ses estivants. Maison agréable, au calme, propre. 2 vraies chambres, plus une attenante à la salle de bain toute neuve. Une mezzanine avec couchage, l'escalier est un peu raide. Quelques ennuis de tuyauterie arrangés par le propriétaire soucieux du confort de ses locataires. Le rapport qualité/prix intéressant. La région toujours aussi belle. Si vous avez la chance d'avoir le soleil avec vous, vous pourrez profitez du jardin et de la piscine avec bonheur.
