Village of New Haven vacation rentals

Great place we had an awesome time at the local and it was very clean and well maintained. Love it and would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable beds and clean property. Great assess to golf for husband. We are already looking for dates to return.

My family of 5 spent our annual week at the beach at this condo. We enjoyed it and had ample room for everyone, including a friend we brought with us, for everyone to be comfortable. We enjoyed being close to the pool and beach, and traveling by golf cart to all Fripp has to offer was convenient. The condo had a lot of kitchen appliances, but if you are cooking for a crowd, a few more pots would be preferred. Condo was very clean, everything was in working order, and liked having a spare bathroom downstairs. It was decorated beautifully and had enough towels for everyone. Only complaint was water pressure in downstairs master was very low. Upstairs was much better. All in all, we had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Another great family vacation at Fripp! This house is equipped with everything (for cooking, beach time, even cruising the island on the golf cart) plus it is all labeled so you know where everything is and it can be put back in its proper place! Can’t wait till next year!

This visit was the fourth time we’ve rented this property for our annual girls’ weekend. We are never disappointed. We usually bring all of our own food and beverages, and the kitchen works well for us. We love the deck for dolphin watching. We plan to take 2 girls’ trips a year now.

This condo was exactly as shown in listing. Everything was clean and organized. Super helpful host. We look forward to staying here again. Favorite part is watching what the tide exposes.

We opted to be on the water instead of beach access. So well worth it! When the tide comes in the dolphins do not disappoint; it was so peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely book in this condo again!
