Detached villa surrounded by an enclosed garden, a bit dated in decor but spacious to accommodate large families (with babies) and with all the equipment necessary for a great stay in Carnac:
entrance with cupboards, large living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with shower room.
Upstairs, a landing serving 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Garage containing bikes, hammock, deckchair, windsurfing board, barbecue, garden furniture, large parasol.

La maison est vraiment bien située, à deux pas de la plage. Spacieuse avec beaucoup de couchages, elle a été très pratique pour des vacances avec jeunes enfants. À noter qu’aucun linge n’est fourni, y compris torchons de cuisine ou tapis de bain. Cela a manqué au confort general de la maison. Dans l’ensemble un excellent séjour en famille.

Malgré un climat mitigé, les volumes habitables de la maison et la proximité des plages nous avons passé d’excellents moments . Petit bémol les équipements vieux ou inexistants ( salon de jardin , presse agrumes, machine à café à doses .) .

Conforme à la description

Maison très proche de la plage (2 minutes à pied). Un peu vieillotte comme annoncée. Deux fait notables : 1- comme toutes ces maisons construites dans les années 70/80, l'isolation phonique entre les pièces n'est pas top, 2- pas de ventilation extraction d'air dans les toilettes. Bon séjour malgré cela.

Hébergement idéal pour grand groupe avec ou sans enfants, malgré deux bémols.

Randos et visites du patrimoine correspondent à la recherche habituelle de ce groupe. Deux bémols : l'accueil est non physique (absence du propriétaire, sauf une visite de son père pour la gestion des poubelles), mais la notice envoyée par internet est complète, précise et efficace. Par ailleurs la liaison wifi est très mauvaise, instable en débit et la télévision qui en dépend n'est pas fonctionnelle.
