Very small apartment but very comfortable and so close to everything. We enjoyed the apartment and its decor. Very quiet. However, a word of caution if one has mobility problem. The apartment is on 3 levels and there are steep staircases. Loved our stay.

Interesting architecture Limited cooking utensils, heating system would not come on, AC is marginal at best, dirty knives/forks/spoons put away with clean, food debris in utensil tray, no bath mat, no dust pan, only sharp knife was for bread, urine smell in hallway by front door, place needs a deep clean, back burner of stove top doesn’t heat properly.

Title: Absolutely Disgusting – Worst VRBO Experience Ever If I could give zero stars, I would. This property was shockingly filthy and completely misrepresented in the listing. The apartment was in an old, run-down building that reeked of mildew and neglect the moment we walked in. But the worst part – by far – was the state of the bed. The sheets were stained, smelled like sweat, and had visible hairs on them, as if they hadn’t been washed at all. There were no pillowcases on the pillows, which were stained and yellowed – absolutely revolting. One pillow even had what looked like old drool stains. It was genuinely hard to tell when these linens were last cleaned, if ever. It felt like we were sleeping in someone else's unwashed bed. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one charging VRBO rates. The listing claimed the apartment would be clean and ready – it was far from it. I wouldn’t let a pet sleep on that bed, let alone another human being. The host has also refused to provide any sort of compensation after putting us in a position to have to leave the unit and spend more money to book a hotel. This level of filth is not just disappointing – it’s a health concern. VRBO seriously needs to vet their hosts better. I strongly urge anyone considering this listing to stay far away.

Very modern Parisian apartment

This apartment is very modern and quite unusual for Paris. We totally loved it! Small but elegant and we had everything we needed. Bed is comfortable. It’s quiet and located close to everything we wanted to see. Just a few minutes walk to the Notre Dame and St.Chapel. Kitchen well stocked. Great shower! Only one suggestion, it would be nice to have a piece of soap, just so we could wash our hands after a long trip. Otherwise great stay. Definitely recommend.

Overall a great location . For 4 of us it was a bit busy . The owner called by to assist with anything - he was great Property managers not so . A couple of suggestions to make the experience better ; better and more bath towels , hand towels . More pillows . Coffee pods . And maybe instructions on the site of where nearest Metro is on arrival etc

Unique apartment in great location

Our family loved staying in this unique apartment with glass floors and a lofted bed. Super location and very quiet. Clean, modern, just what you would want in a base camp from which to explore Paris.

Convenient location and everything you need.

Small apartment but with all the amenities you require for a short stay. Apartment is close to the metro with many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Communication was great and access to the apartment was simple. The space was clean and quiet. The only issue we encountered was a difficult bathroom door which was hard to open from the inside which was conveyed to the management. All in all we would recommend a stay here for 2 to 3 people.

Problems

The apartment was as advertised. It was in a great location but the design was choppy and old. These were not the major concerns. I contacted the owner and told them when we would be checking in. I was told that I'd be assessed 30 euros if I were late. The representative from the company arrived 2 HOURS LATE. I sat at the door. I'd like my 30 euros returned for their tardiness.

Perfect!

This was an adorable apartment in an excellent location. We shared the stay with another couple and it was quite comfortable! The apartment had everything we needed. There were many great restaurants very close offering a variety of choices! Great night life, shopping and relaxation. Very short walk to the Bastille and Place des Voges. Veronique was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Communication was excellent! Highly recommend!

Wacky little apartment in a great location

The layout of the property is pretty wacky, but it works. Lots of stairs and not the best place to hang out, but if you're looking for a nice home base in a great location in Paris, this will definitely do it. AC is a huge boon (it was really hot while we were there), though the unit is very loud.

Perfect Location

Definitely would stay again. In the perfect spot to go pretty much everywhere in Paris. AC! Very important during our stay that alot of properties dont have.
