We are offering our fully air conditioned 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa with a heatable pool. It is fully furnished to a high standard and can be comfortably occupied by up to 8 people (plus a baby in a cot).
The accommodation has all the conveniences that you would expect to make your stay 'home from home' which include:-

The villa is located on the Esprit / Fairway Oaks Estate, Davenport, which is only 10 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants. A 24hr Walmart is less than a mile from our Estate – perfect for those late night & early morning arrivals.

Our villa backs onto a 9 Hole golf course which is open to public use (at a fee) so why not play a few rounds whilst you have the chance!

Through renting our villa you will also gain access to the Estate's private Tennis and Basketball courts and you can use the large outdoor Communal Pool at no extra cost.
Due to its location you can enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of your own pool before experiencing the magical world of Disney and the other theme parks.

Villa Review

The villa is not the closest to the parks compared to previous ones we’ve stayed in, but it’s still under a 20 minute drive to Disney World, 30 to 45 minutes to Universal (depending on the traffic on the I4), and about 40 - 45 minutes from MCO. However it’s still a great location as it’s only 5 minutes drive from a Walmart and a wide range of restaurants are also very close by. The villa itself was very clean and very spacious. There was one day (about a week into our holiday) when the air conditioning had stopped working- I called the property manager and an engineer was at the villa within 30 minutes to fix it, we had no other issues. There was also plenty of towels provided which was nice. Overall we had a nice and very comfortable stay, and I’d highly recommend this villa.

Peaceful getaway

Lovely family home with all amenities. Garage well stocked with games for the family. The pool was clean with inflatable toys and plenty of sun beds, also private which is important.

Convenient, Quiet and Economical

There is a huge choice of villas in Orlando, and having rented several, we knew what we wanted; something clean and comfortable of course, but also location was very important to us. This location was really good, with easy access to most of Orlando's offerings via 192 and 27, and close to I4. (If you're not familiar with the area, this is quite important as some communities are well away from the action, and a long drive two or three times a day can soon become tiresome) Another plus point is a garage/store just around the corner, and, a short walk away, a nice communal area. The house itself was clean and pleasant, with everything you'd want, and we were very comfortable there. No doubt there are many bigger, fancier, more spectacular villas to be had, but you'd have to pay a lot more for the privilege, and though this isn't perhaps the very top standard of villa available, it suited our needs very well. The community is in a nice area, very quiet and pleasant and (importantly, given a nasty previous experience) it felt very safe. There were five of us there over two weeks, and the rooms/facilities were absolutely fine. Looking for improvement points, the pool alarm was a bit temperamental in operation, and some areas of the house perhaps needed some small maintenance, but these were minor points and didn't detract from our holiday. All in all, as a balance between facilities and cost, this villa worked very well for us, and we were very happy there.

The Perfect holiday villa to go to.

Yet again I have just returned from another superb relaxing holiday at the villa. The villa is situated in a perfect place with supermarkets near by but without the noise of traffic and people. It is in a quiet road with other nice properties which are all well kept with nice gardens. The villa has its own pool and has fencing around for more privacy. It looks out onto a golf course so there isn't any other houses looking over. It's a place to go to if you want a peaceful relaxing holiday also if you have children then there is the pool for them or the Disney Parks just 10 minutes drive away. I go to this villa every year and sometimes twice a year if I am taking the grandchildren which they love it there and can not wait to go back again.

Great for a small family

We are a small family of two adults and two little kids. The Villa wasn't only as described in the listing but you can expect something better. There are much of these little touches that make you feel at home. For example, our two daughters enjoyed the toys and the decoration of their room. Also, we were abe to leave them sleep alone because the other sleeping rooms were too close, except the master room that you may use for additional privacy and rest. The property management office is too close to the Villa which made it possible to fix some of the defects relatively fast. The only downside is that the Villa is not very new as you may expect from seeing the dates of other reviews, but the cleanliness and the prompt response from the owner Carol would definitely make us choose this Villa over others when we plan to visit Orlando and Disney area again.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN DISNEY-ORLANDO AREA

The Village is great. Very clean, the distribution of the rooms, Kitchen, dinning room is great. The pool with the right temperature to jump in after a long day of Shopping or Atractions. You have a Súper Walmart less than 2 miles. Target, Best Buy, Dick's, very close. Also we found 2 great japanese restaurants Kumo and Sake. Nice food. I will recommend this Village to all my friends and relatives any time.

Beautiful villa, great location

Another fantastic time at the villa

I took my daughter and two grandsons to the villa and we all had a fantastic holiday. The villa is such a comfortable home and you just can't help but to relax there. The pool was well and truly used by the boys, they keep saying how they want to go back there again. I am going back in February and can't wait to get there.

Spring Break 2024

We stayed at the property for Spring Break 2024 and had such a great time. We did pay to have the pool heated and it was just like bath water every day. The location of the home was perfect for our Disney days and also easy to access the highways to get out of the Orlando area for other daily activities. My only suggestion would be to have check out details written in a book or something somewhere in the home, I wasn't sure what should be done before we left and felt terrible bugging the owners at the last minute. The home was everything we needed for our week stay in the area. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home in the Orlando area, whether you're looking for Disney off property or just visiting the Orlando area!!! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and we'll absolutely look to book this property again in the future.

Relax to the max

This place was great! Exactly as advertised. This place is perfect for people going to Disney. A haven for relaxation after long days at the theme parks. Carol was amazing with timely and accurate communications. I will definitely book the place next time we come to Disney!

Great home

the house was fully equipped, nice swimming pool, but the outside sunbeds were dirty the lock of the master bedroom was broken on arrival, you had difficulty opening the door, but after 1 phone call with the management it was quickly repaired

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation in Florida. The house was a perfect size for our family of 6. The location was very easy to get to Disney and Universal and groceries are a close drive too. The rooms were cosy and the pool was perfect for us. Thank you!

We had a good stay. The house had plenty of space. The pool and lani was great for relaxing. It was a little far with traffic from all the cheer activities at ESPN, but over all was as advertised. Could use some baking sheets for cooking, but had plenty of other kitchen stuff.

Relaxing and convenient

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is great and literally half an hour from Orlando WITH traffic. The pool was the best part of my kids stay. With the heated pool we were able to swim early in the mornings and late at night. Definitely bring more essentials if you plan on staying awhile with a full house. Michelle and the Horsley’s were very responsive and answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. We’d definitely book with them again when we visit FL again!

It was just ok

The management is greatly lacking for this property. There were not enough supplies…I had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. One toilet paper roll for each bathroom is not enough for several days and a family of five. The house could use quite a bit of updating. The floors are splitting apart, the larger couch in the living room needs to be replaced…you almost fall forward trying to sit on it. I paid extra to get the pool heated, but the first day we were there the water was chilly. I contacted the management and they sent a pool guy the next day and the jets were blowing warm water after he came. It was ok after that, but I shouldn’t have to call if I paid to have it heated. There are literally signs everywhere in the house with every rule imaginable, however, there are no departure day instructions so you might want to add those as I had no clue what the expectations were. The previous house we stayed at had very detailed expectations for departure, etc. The house reminded me of staying at my grandmas and the neighborhood was all mostly older people so not really welcoming for families with younger kids.

Cozy and perfect for families!

We spent Christmas and the house hasy everything to have a great Christmas weekend. The playroom was perfect for adults and kids, we couldn't use the pool because it was very cold in Orlando that weekend, but the pool was clean and the pool area was just perfect for a family stay. Very clean and cozy!

Nice home with a convenient location

Nice home in a residential location near supermarkets and restaurants. The home has not been updated in a while but is clean and comfortable and the pool was great for the kids. Be aware you will have to get your own toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc. There was not a spare anything in this home, no Netflix/Hulu, and slow wifi which would disconnect often which is why we give this property 4 stars vs 5. It is very easy to get to the parks and the ac was nice and cold after a day in the heat.
