Rustic house recovered, very nice and comfortable.
The house has 2 porches for leisure, barbecue and a roof terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea.
In its interior we have: kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and living room.
Guests can enjoy the surrounding space (terrace and barbecue) and enjoy the Algarve sun.
The house is properly equipped with appliances and has air conditioning and heating.

Don't miss Quatrim do Sul!

An original Algarve house in the Olhão area; on a dirt road; with a large enclosed parking space. Cool inside; enough garden to always catch the sun; with a small pool (approx. 4x4m) and a large roof terrace.Nothing is missing inside. The owner's representative Jorge is available on call and very willing to help where necessary. In short, don't miss Quatrim do Sul!

Agréable

Vacances ensoleillées sans un logement bénéficiant d'une terrasse ombragée et d'une piscine. Tres appréciable. Seul bémol pour la location; il faut passer dans une chambre pour se rendre dans la salle de bain et wc. Et les wc ne sont pas séparés. Sinon concernant l'emplacement de la location au calme ; mais la mer (l'ocean) est loin. Ce qui est proche c'est la lagune . Le service est aux petits soins pour les clients et le ménage, changement de draps et serviettes est fait chaque semaine .

Relocation in the Time of COVID

Our experience was a bit unique since we had only a small window to remove ourselves from the U.S. and start our retirement residence process in Portugal, despite the ramifications that COVID presented. We needed a place to establish residency and this home, tucked away from the general population was just what we needed. What made our stay so extraordinary and enjoyable was the property manager Ana and our neighbor Jorge. Both of whom took a proprietary interest in making sure we were taken care of especially because of our paltry language skills and the added COVID restrictions. The home itself, though not modern, was comfortable and well stocked with all the basic necessities. Most people would probably rent the house for a summer get-away and it is perfect for that. While the house is a bit off the beaten path, it is a short ride to all the Algarve has to offer. While taxi service is readily available, we suggest that you rent a car for ease of mobility.
