Mas de Gibert Àr ett gammalt stenhus stÄr i 3 tunnland sina egna skÀl och omgiven av öppna landskap, hela har vi strÀvat efter att skapa en atmosfÀr som Àr i linje med dess huvudsakliga karaktÀr samtidigt som komfort och originalitet.
GÄrden Àr vackert sval och rymlig med boende pÄ tvÄ vÄningar.
Stentrappa leder upp frÄn blomman fyllde gÄrden tar dig till ett fullt utrustat kök med matbord och stolar och pÄ lounge med braskamin, bekvÀma stolar och soffa. FrÄn vardagsrummet finns ett sovrum med badrum (toalett, dusch, handfat dubbel. Det finns en annan dörr frÄn vardagsrummet till en stor balkong för utomhusbruk Àta och koppla av med en trappa som leder genom en trÀdgÄrd till poolen för ditt eget bruk
IngÄngen till bottenvÄningen Àr utanför gÄrden. Som du skriver finns det ett rum med 2 enkelsÀngar. Ledande av detta rum finns ett badrum (badkar, handfat, toalett och dusch) och ett sovrum med franska fönster dubbel.
Utomhus finns en mÀngd olika stÀllen att sitta och koppla av med mycket mogna plantering. Det finns en blomma kantas vÀgen till poolomrÄdet som har sÀkerhetsgrindar. Agréables vacances en famille

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs agrĂ©ables vacances dans la maison d’Alison et Marc qui est conforme voir mieux que sur l’annonce. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour pouvoir y nager un peu et nous avons bien aimĂ© les trois chambres avec chacunes leur accĂšs indĂ©pendant.

Magnifique

Nous avons eu un super séjour à Ginals! La région est vraiment agréable et les villes et villages des alentours sont super beaux (mention spéciale à Najac en soirée et à St Antonin). Le logement était également top: trÚs bien équipé à l'intérieur, superbement aménagé à l'extérieur et piscine magnifique dans un environnement super calme. On a pu en profiter pour admirer les étoiles car il n'y a aucune pollution lumineuse. On reviendra sûrement. :-)

En un seul mot : Excellent

Cadre extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able : maison, jardin charmants, belle piscine au top. Rien ne manque dedans comme dehors : parasols partout, tables (sur la terrasse, au bord de la piscine, dans le jardin), ping pong, boules, mĂȘme un ballon pour jouer dans la piscine. Les propriĂ©taires trĂšs gentils et trĂšs arrangeants concernant l’arrivĂ©e. On y reviendra sans hĂ©sitation si on retourne dans la rĂ©gion.

Le gĂźte est top! DĂ©corer avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Le cadre est exceptionnel, trĂšs pittoresque et moderne . Les extĂ©rieurs et les Ă©quipements sont fabuleux. Attention il n’y a pas de mico- ondĂ©s et quand on a des enfants c’est pas toujours pratique! La rĂ©gion est propice au repos et au calme! De trĂšs beaux villages aux alentours. On a adorĂ© ! Merci aux hĂŽtes qui sont extrĂȘmement discret malgrĂ© la promiscuitĂ© de leur logement ! Tout Ă©tait parfait!

Feels like home

This place is really perfect, the well equiped old house with lovely gardens all around feels like home. Garden furniture and umbrella’s everywhere, always a place to find in the sun or just in the shadows. The pool is fantastic. Host Alison was very kind and helpful. She lives next door with her husband but you’ll never see them and they let you enjoy in privacy. We really didn’t want to leave...

Wonderful French Summer Holiday.

This was our forth stay at Ginals and as always it was wonderful. The house is very nice and well equipped. The garden and pool are beautiful and the location is lovely and peaceful. We had a very relaxing week and hope to return next year.

Swimming pool is amazing

The salt water swimming is incredible, it was so much nicer than a chlorinated one, we all loved it. The house has a lovely rustic charm and all the plants around the house attract all kinds of bees and insects, to walk down to the pool and hear them all is amazing. The planting around the swimming pool is the same, it’s beautiful. If you’re after a peaceful quiet place this ticks all the boxes. It’s a 30 min drive to a supermarket, but you can’t have peaceful and quiet with one next door. The kids loved the house, it has acres of land and they could wonder off happily. Highly recommended

We were looking for a house with character and a pool in this part of France. We are a family of five, the accommodation worked perfectly. The house has been renovated with character and the bathrooms are modern. The pool was the big draw and we spent a lot time there. The planting between the house and the pool has been done with a great deal of care and attracts butterflies and bees by the score. From the balcony at the back of the house where we had most of our meals we watched a family of owls in the barn opposite. We would go to Verfeil to get bread ( 10 min drive), Caylus and St Antonin for shopping( both very pretty), the local markets are fabulous with the most amazing fruit and veg. If you want to get away this place is wonderful. Even our kids loved it. And if you like dogs then the owner's dog, Eddy, is a charmer and you won't be able to resist her company

Great holiday at Ginals. Our second stay and just as good as the first.

We had a fantastic time at Ginals. We stayed last year and had such a good time that we returned this year. The house is lovely and is very well equipped. Having a pool to ourselves is great. Our daughter loves it, getting in the pool every day. It is in a really quite location but there are plenty of places to visit within a short drive. We hope to return next year.

Peaceful and characterful home from home

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing family holiday in this beautiful and very well cared for home. Remote and peaceful but only a short drive to many places of interest and some great canoeing!

Gorgeous cottage set within a little bit of French paradise.

We returned this Summer after visiting last year as we loved it so much and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrive we relax immediately and it really is our most favourite property that we have visited on our many years of trips to France. We never normally return to the same place twice but we broke our rule this year and I know we will be back again one day.

Prachtige en heerlijke rustige plek.

Alison en Mark hebben een prachtige plek gecreeerd. De schittende tuin en het heerlijke zwembad bieden heel veel prive ruimte. Het huis is heel compleet en prima ingericht. Wij hebben er met 2 kinderen een perfecte week gehad. De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor trips in de regio, maar wij vonden het ook heerlijk de dag rondom het zwembad te relaxen, 's avonds een bbq en genieten op het balkon van de ondergaande zon. Alison en Mark zijn zeer gastvrij en lieten ons ook alle ruimte. Dit is absoluut een plek voor ons om naar terug te gaan.

Just the perfect place for a family holiday

Gibert is all charm and tranquility. The farmhouse is very comfortable and full of character. The pool area is magnificent and the whole property is full of interesting trees and plants, with lots of colour and a wide variety of interesting smells! We especially liked the fig trees and the plum trees, and of course the vegetable and herb gardens. We were a family of five, including small children, and we all had such a fabulous time we hardly moved from the property all week. (Nb: we did spot the comment in the last review about the suitability of the property for small children, but to be honest we didn't see this as an issue at all. The steps between the two floors are easily negotiated and if we had had any qualms about our smallest child being downstairs we would have taken the double room next to the room where the single beds are rather than the one upstairs.)

A corner of paradise!

This property was simply beautiful! The pool area was so lovely and well equipped as was the whole property. It would not be suitable for a family with young children as you have to go outside and down steps to the 2 other bedrooms, but apart from that, this property really is a little piece of paradise, set in the most stunning area of France and set in a small hamlet and not overlooked in the slightest. Very private.

A spécial place

I have stayed at Mas Gibert for several years and would recommend it without hesitation. Over the years we have stayed as a couple, and with the whole family. The setting is idyllic. The gite is tastefully furnished and decorated and is always immaculate. The real charm of Mas Gibert is the peace and quiet. There are several spots to hide away and read or snooze, in the hammock, on the balcony or by the pool. If you should want to venture out St Antonin-Noble-Val Sunday market is a must. There several stunning medieval hill top villages for markets, lunch or dinner including Najac, Belcastle and Corde. The more energetic have access to bikes and canoeing from St Antonin on the Averyon. This is a very special place.
