Exclusive Mini-Villa with lots of space

Mini-villa in the countryside and yet central. Ideal for a short vacation to relax in the Appenzellerland and to explore St.Gallen. Also very suitable as an alternative to a hotel for business trips. Parking spaces and fast internet are available. Short distance to St. Gallen and the A1 motorway.

Space for up to four guests, large dining table, practical kitchen, huge bathroom.
Large box spring double bed with two separate blankets. Two separate single beds that can be placed in the bedroom and living room.
Coffee machine, tea maker, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, cutlery and plates, cups and glasses, including wine glasses.
Fast Internet, AppleTV with Netflix and YouTube, Bluetooth speakers.
Bicycles can be used subject to availability. A car can be rented.

The entire villa is reserved exclusively for our guests. The spacious garden can be shared. Up to three parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Die Gastgeber sind super nett und haben an alles gedacht, vom Blumenstrauß bei der Ankunft über kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Schoki und Sekt. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, man sollte jedoch wissen, dass man sich den tollen Garten mit den Vermietern teilt und ganz gern Katzen zu Besuch kommen, die sich in die Wohnung schleichen. Für Allergiker also wichtig zu wissen. Da als Kaffeemaschine eine Kapselmaschine vorhanden ist, empfand ich es als sehr angenehm, das bereits einige Kapseln vorhanden waren, so das nicht sofort ein Einkauf notwendig war (wir sind an einem Sonntag angereist und der Montag war ein Feiertag). Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Elegante grosszügige Unterkunft mit Aussicht

Das Haus liegt wunderschön erhöht über dem Dorf. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über mehr als man erwarten kann. In der Nacht ist es absolut ruhig. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern ist unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.

Great place for relaxation and rest

The house is very impressive, all the amenities are in great condition and the whole experience is very classy and unique. The hosts are very polite, attentive and welcoming people who went beyond expectations to make our stay outstanding. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone's vacation

Wonderful relaxing stay

Chris was so welcoming when we arrived, showing us how things in the house worked, and even providing snacks and drinks. Everything was very well taken care of, clean and comfortable. And the house has beautiful views! We really enjoyed our stay.

Superb location with relaxing views - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Everything was perfect - welcoming and helpful host -treats were available at arrival. The rented space was exactly what we expected from the photos; exceptional in quality, cleanliness and comfort. We will return soon for another relaxing stay.

Entspannter FreiRaum - großzügig & Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre

Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre beschreibt es wohl am besten - angefangen von super angenehmen Gastgebern und nette Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung über die Location an sich bis hin zur liebevollen Einrichtung. Hier hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht und möchte, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Und genau das haben wir. Ich habe die Location geschäftlich für Fokustage genutzt für die Arbeit mit einem Coachee, der sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Ausblick toll, draußen und drinnen arbeiten ein Traum und so passen dann auch die Ergebnisse ;-) Herzlichen Dank und ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Diese Mini-Villa ist ein wahres Bijou

Erholsamer, herrlicher Kurzurlaub. Die Aussicht aus den riesigen Fensterfronten ist hervorragend. Sehr gepflegte Umgebung. Die Villa bietet äusserst grosszügige Räume und auch für Selbstversorger alles was wünschenswert ist. Lademöglichkeiten für E-Bikes sind vorhanden. Absolut problemlose Wohnungsübernahme / -Rückgabe.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung/Ferienhaus.

Wir konnten gleich in der Umgebung schöne Wanderungen machen. Nach Appenzell und zur Schaukäserei nach Stein ist es nicht weit. Die Wanderung von Wasserauen zum Äscher war auch sehr schön. Vielen Dank noch mal an den netten Vermieter für das unkomplizierte Laden unseres Autos an der Außensteckdose.

Sehr schöner Bungalow in toller Lage. Einzige Überraschung war, dass die erwähnte Kaffeemaschine eine Nespresso-Kaselmaschine ist. Da helfen die mitgebrachten Filtertüten und der gemahlene Kaffee nicht weiter. Toll ist das vielseitige Angebot an Spielen (Boccia, Federball u. a.), die Lust auf das Nutzen der großen Grasfläche machen.

Wonderful Stay

The hosts, villa, views and location were amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend for those visiting the area, especially if you are hiking as it is a great place to unwind in the evening.

Zauberhafte Lage mit schönen Sonnenuntergang

Das Villa liegt oben auf einem atemberaubenden Hügel. Die Umgebung ist einfach super. Wanderwege gehen in alle Richtungen. Riesige Fenster zeigen einen wunderschönen Blick direkt vom Sofa oder Bett. Chris und Rachel waren super Gastgeber!
