Inmaculadamente actualizada en 2019, esta casa recién pintada y amueblada en Southampton Shores tiene algo para todos.

Esta propiedad ubicada en el centro de otros puntos de la costa este tiene comodidades en todo momento; desde el mercado local / restaurantes hasta las playas del océano y la bahía, alquiler de botes y reservas naturales.

Una sala de estar espaciosa e iluminada por el sol conduce al comedor con vista a una gran terraza abierta. El comedor cuenta con una mesa ampliable con capacidad para 6 a 8.
Una acogedora guarida con chimenea de leña es perfecta para mirar televisión y relajarse. El mostrador de la cocina está junto a la sala. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene una estufa de gas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una variedad de vajilla para uso de los huéspedes y tiene fácil acceso a la parrilla exterior.

Esta casa cuenta con tres habitaciones más una sala de oficina flexible con un sofá cama. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size con un baño grande con bañera y ducha. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen una cama Queen size con acceso a un baño completo en el pasillo común. Hay un tercer baño completo adyacente a la cocina. El gran sótano terminado / sala de recreación tiene una lavadora / secadora.

Cozy Central Location

Lovely house with all the amenities one could want

House was wonderful....and Anne/Winn were exceptional hosts. Any time I reached out they responded immediately. Pool area is fabulous, rooms were comfortable, especially master bedroom/bathroom. You do hear noise from Noyac road as the house is right off the road, but other than that, it's a gem. A lot of thought was put into making the house comfy - lots of beach towels, lots of "toys" (2 bikes, Colony beach club passes, pool toys as well as central A/C, washer/dryer, etc...) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave.

Five Star Stay

This rental property has it all! The location is great- near South Hampton and Sag Harbor. Both areas have wonderful restaurants, shopping, etc. It also has access to a private beach right down the road. The house includes everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and so much more! The pool and property are well maintained. The hosts were always available to answer questions/concerns. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect Fit

Well, this home was actually more house than we needed, but it was a perfect fit for our stay. We came more for a nice location for my husband to recuperate from a surgery than for the holiday weekend, BUT this would have been excellent for that, as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect sizes, the kitchen had everything needed, especially as I enjoy cooking much more than going out to eat every night. The property owners were so responsive to questions and requests, and the layout of the property made for an enjoyable stay for us. Having the office space was nice for when I needed to hop on my laptop for some work, and, although the home is not walking distance to town, it was easy to get to everywhere I needed to get to (no longer than 15 minutes to anywhere I was going). We will be coming back to the area, for sure, and will probably stay at this home, if it is available.

Southampton Gem

The house was everything that was advertised and more. Nicely laid out rooms, clean, well equipped and comfortably accommodated six adults. Walking distance to a private beach and within a reasonable drive to neighboring towns to explore (Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Hampton Bays, Montauk and Shelter Island - we hit them all!). The hosts provided very detailed and clear instructions / information, and the few times I reached out to them, they were very responsive. The 5 start reviews are well deserved. Thanks Anne & Winn for the wonderful experience.

Family Friendly Home

My family and I had a great stay. House was very comfortable and quiet for my family of 3. We loved using the pool and the short distance to the private beach. Centrally located as well, which was great to explore the surrounding areas.

Incredible visit to Southampton

The property was perfect for our visit to Southampton. Clean, well equipped, and the location was convenient as we visited the wineries in the North Fork, in addition to Sag Harbor, Montauk and the local surrounding area. The weather was high 40's - low 60's, and mostly sunny throughout our stay. With our home being in Florida, it was quite welcome and only heightened the experience. I highly recommend not only the area, but this property for your vacation needs.

A Wonderful Stay!

My family of three were lucky enough to spend a big chunk of the summer at this heavenly home! We found it just lovely, comfortable, clean and a heavenly spot for pool lovers as ourselves. It's a great pool: very large with a shallower ends on each side, which both adults and children really enjoyed. The owners are great people, and were immediately responsive to any questions or needs we had. We made many trips to Southampton Shores for tennis, beach walks and a swing set- what a treat. It was difficult to leave our stay - we even tried to extend - but being able to bop back to the city in just over two hours versus the 3+ we are more used to after rentals farther east, made it a little less terrible :). We highly recommend this home and Thank you so much, A & W!

Fantastic house + pool, private beach, great location

This lovely house couldn't have been better! Perfect size, sparkling clean, fully equipped with everything you could need from pots and pans to laundry to beach chairs and towels. The pool is perfect and there's a private beach (with dock and floating raft) just a few minutes (walking) down the road, along with tennis courts and a basketball court (our grown kids made good use of it). There's a great deli right around the corner and the towns and beaches of South Hampton and Sag Harbor are a short drive away. Winn and Anne are excellent hosts - really the whole experience was just perfect! Would definitely rent from them again.

5 Star Gem!

Our stay at Anne and Winn's was 5-star in every sense! It began with our communication with these most gracious hosts--they responded thoughtfully and with care whether it was a question about area or about their home before and during our stay. They show genuine care for the happiness and comfort level of their guests. Their home is just as pictured in the photos, and if you could see what is behind the cabinets, you'd find an expertly stocked kitchen with all the utensils and cookery you need to prepare a meal inside or on the grill. There's a seemingly endless supply of pool/beach towels, and the office contains anything one might forget to bring to work from vacation--from tape to notepads to envelopes. The home is ideally located--short driving distance to Sag Harbor, Southampton, Bridgehampton, and an easy walk to community tennis and basketball courts and a delightful bay beach. Anne and Winn innately anticipate their guests needs, and made our stay most memorable. We can't wait to return!

Pleasant stay and great host

Our family with 2 kids stayed at the property for 20 days in June-July. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It's clean, organized, and has everything you need. The pool is heaven for our kids. It's so close to the private beach. The location is perfect - close to Sag Habor and Southampton town for restaurants and shopping. Winn and Anne are very nice and super responsive to our questions. We couldn't ask for a better host!

North Sea Gem

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our month in this lovely Hamptons home. The house is very well appointed and well equipped, both indoors and outdoors, and it has several outdoor spaces, including a beautiful pool area, a large deck for outdoor dining, and a large, gated front yard that's great for young children. Best of all, this house is also part of the wonderful Southampton Shores community, and it is a quick walk to the private beach (and beautiful sunsets!) there. The house is also very centrally located and a quick drive to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Southampton Village. The owners, Anne and Winn, were extremely helpful and responsive and even made several wonderful suggestions for activities that ended up being highlights of our month. In short, this property is an absolute gem!

All you need for a great beach vacation!

We are a family of 3 who rented this house for the month of July, 2021. Winn and Anne were great to work with - the photos were 100% accurate as the house is spacious, clean, comfortable and inviting - we highly recommend this property! The highlights: - Living spaces - Living room and den feel like home with very comfortable and clean couches and chairs. Basement very spacious for sitting, playing and includes a great laundry room. Connected televisions in den. basement, master bedroom and office - no cable or satellite service so make sure you have all of your subscription service passwords. Wifi is plenty strong for Zoom meetings and streaming TV. - Kitchen - it has every dish, glass, utensil and appliance you'll need and once we searched and found everything that was offered we never were without a critical item. Big fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, garbage disposal. - Location - walking distance from Porco's Deli and North Sea Farms (ultimate convenience), less than 15 minutes from the town of Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag harbor close. 5 minutes from the dump and recycle center - you are responsible to dispose of your own trash which is easy enough - open every day with good hours. The BEST part about the location is the inclusion as part of the Southampton Shores community with access to a beautiful private beach on the Peconic Bay plus tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, bocce and a softball/all purpose sports field. One thing on the downside is the proximity to the main road - the house sits adjacent to it - and there is pretty consistent noise from the cars and trucks, but over time it blends in. - Outdoors - deck has teak table and chairs plus two additional cushioned chairs and a big umbrella. Pool is a true highlight of the property - large, beautiful, clean (service comes every week) and heated (we never needed the heat because the pool is in the sun)...Barbecue sits off of the kitchen on the side yard...super convenient. The large Viking grill in the photos is not operational (yet) but the owners have purchased a small Weber grill that suited us just fine. - Shed - in the yard near the bbq, houses 2 adult bikes + pump, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, wagon, floats, etc. Great for storage of anything you bring - we had our own bikes as well.

A perfect time

Stay winter 2020

We had a wonderful time in this pristine, spacious home. Everything is actually as depicted in the pictures. Beach is within walking distance but honestly we felt so comfortable in the house we barely wanted to leave it. Sitting by the fireplace to watch a movie (multiple platforms are available) was amazing. The young boys in our group loved the basement. The mattresses are super comfortable and we had an overall very relaxing stay. Thank you Anne and Winn!

Little Piece of Heaven

Comfortable clean home with everything you could need for a pleasant getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable too. The house is lovingly decorated. Located conveniently between South Hampton and Sag Harbour. Across the road and a short walk to the long private community beach on the bay. The beach and community breath taking and charming. Near many wonderful places and preserves to hike or stroll. A most needed and relaxing getaway bit provided.

Slice of Heaven

My husband and I rented this property for a month this July. From the moment we started to communicate with the owners Anne and Winn we knew we picked the right home. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was not only immaculate but so beautifully decorated. It also is a block away from a wonderful deli and a 10 minute walk to their private beach which is perfect. The pool and outdoor living space was just what us NYC dwellers needed. The smart TV was also a hit with my husband. I am a bit of a snoot when it comes to mattresses and linens. The king master bed was so comfy. I slept so well every night. Selfishly I am afraid to write such an amazing review as I may need to fight for a rental next summer with others. Thank you Anne and Winn for opening your lovely home to us. We will be back!

The East End of Long Island has a World Class variety of cultural and natural sites that can be enjoyed year round, including: Bay and Ocean beaches, Art exhibitions, Poetry readings, Author nights, Wine Tasting tours, Fishing, Music Venues, Theater, Nature Preserves (Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge), Boating, Shopping, and great restaurants.
Our home is located 10 minutes from the villages of Sag Harbor and Southampton and is part of the Southampton Shores community which offers tennis, bocce and basketball courts as well as a private beach, private marina, and private parking.

Our home had major renovations completed in 2019. In 2020 we repainted the common areas and furnished and redecorated throughout. Among our annual improvements are enhanced landscaping, bistro lights and a propane fire pit. We have carefully selected and curated all furnishings and decor. We believe our efforts maximize comfort, convenience and efficiency, while maintaining a flair for design.

Among the many details we feel are important for guests are:

-Comfortable dining chairs with arms, for those days and nights around the dining table where the conversation, food, and fun does not end
-Lots of windows and natural light. The East End is well-known, in the artistic world, for it’s wonderful light!
-Extra Comfortable seating areas inside and out
-High-speed internet accessible throughout
-Fully-equipped kitchen with break-resistant dinnerware, gas stove and outdoor gas grill
-Pool area (with lockable gates) separate from living areas
-Large raised deck with room for dining, lounging, and relaxing above the grassy areas
-Gas grill and gas fire-pit with bistro lighting
-Outside lawn space for badminton, volleyball and running around
-A short walk to local Porco’s deli/Capt Jack’s restaurant, and North Sea farms, farm stand; for those days when cooking is optional
-Low allergen environment with: hard-surfaced floors in common living spaces, sealed mattress covers, hot water baseboard heating and central AC throughout
-New “Pillow-top” mattresses in each bedroom for the right amount of nightly comfort
