Such an amazing property and location. The suite is huge and very nice. The property management responded quickly and was very accommodating. Parking is pricey. One of the dishwashers was not working but the second one was functional. Property management communicated that in advance and offered early check-in as an accommodation. Would absolutely stay here again with friends and/or family. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely place but there were a few things that needed attention, such as light bulbs out and curtains did not close all the way in the master bedroom. Living rooms were roomy and comfortable as was the master bedroom. Best part of it was the view. It was spectacular!

Highrise Stay

My husband and I along with our 4 adult children stayed here while vacationing on the island. The kitchen and sitting areas offered a lot of space for us while inside. And each bedroom had its own bathroom. The views from the 33rd floor were breathtaking with both ocean and city views. The location was very convenient with the Ala Moana mall, restaurants, Foodland Farms, and beach within walking distance, and downtown Waikiki just minutes away.

Beautiful & Homely

A little mix up at check in. Reception guy had me nervous about what I actually rented. Pleasantly please when I walked in that it was as I expected. Very clean, best views and happily surprised that EVERYTHING worked! Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Trip

The space was great for our group of 8. We were disappointed when the freezer wasn't working and blowing out hot air. We had groceries to store. One toilet leaked and the bathroom had mold (I can send pictures). The from AC system did not work, but the other areas did. I would hope to see some upgrades and a few maintenance tasks completed. We would love to return for the convenience and for the space, but will look elsewhere for similar accommodations and price.

Blown Away

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren (11 of us). The Presidential Suite at the Ala Moana Hotel was the perfect fit for the week. It gave both gathering time and occasional space. It also gave memories that will never be forgotten. We are exceptionally grateful.

Family Holiday

This condo was very spacious and a great size for our family. It has beautiful views of the ocean. Clean and well equipped with kitchen & bathroom accessories. Plus, convenient to lots of shopping. I would stay here again.

The view, the location and roominess is the best. We don't like, AC so didn't use it. The unit breathes. A kitchen light was replaced immediately. We were pre notified the dishwasher was not working and waiting for parts. Very enjoyable place.

High potential, deceptive owners and management.

This review would’ve been mostly positive. We were willing to overlook the problems we encountered since the location was nice and we had a beautiful view. We came into the property with dirty floors, a broken dishwasher, a frozen over fridge, and stains on a few couches. After we got home, I got an email that they charged us $178 to clean stains on the furniture that were obviously hidden by the past guests. We used the pull out couch for a bed and the bottom of the cushions had stains, which had obviously been flipped over by whoever stained them. We didn’t realize we had to log every imperfection in this giant presidential suite before we settled in. That was the last thing on our minds after a long travel day. So being the optimist I am, I thought—no big deal—I’ll contact the management company/owner and let them know of the misunderstanding. I confirmed with my party that the stains were there before us, and I emailed and called and logged my complaint. My communication was met with silence. No resolution, not even an acknowledgment or apology. I will update this review if they resolve the issue, but currently I would advise you to stay away from this place. There are plenty of other options on this beautiful island. Don’t settle.

Awesome location and property

Right next to Ala Moana, this property has a great location and wonderful view. Very spacious and ideal for large groups. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Gorgeous view but suite needs a refresh

Pros: The views from the various balconies were exceptional- we saw the ocean waves during the day and the sunset at night. The suite was spacious with the stated number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The proximity to the Ala Moana shopping center was excellent - able to grocery shop as well as shop for any other items one might need. Cons: The 2 living rooms and master bedroom were fine, but the kitchen and bathrooms appeared old and in need of a complete refurbishment. While the master bedroom was updated, the AC did not work for the entire stay. They brought in a small fan for the room and refunded a very small part of our total bill. The kitchen sink had mold around its rim and the floor was so dirty that the bottom of my white socks was completely black. The amount they charged for the “Presidential Suite” is excessive given the present condition described above. The upkeep appears to be neglected. If they could fix these deficiencies I might stay here again. However, its current condition does not warrant the stated rate for the suite.

Amazing place!

Stayed here with some friends for a 50th birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time! The place is huge and everyone had their own space. Front desk staff and parking attendants were lovely and helpful. The views are amazing! We would love to stay here again!
